Rated 2 out of 5 by Julie2023 from Beware You May Not Get What You Order! I ordered a set of these stockings with all three colors and monogramming. I was so excited to receive them because I thought that the full set would look so great together! But when my ordered shipped out, I got a notice that the red owl was out of stock, although it was available when I placed the order. I asked GH to cancel the entire order given that I would no longer receive the set, but they were unwilling to do it because of the monogramming. I ended up ordering a replacement stocking in the green, and they did provide free shipping for the replacement. But I'm pretty bummed given how expensive these stockings are not to receive the order I placed and to be forced to accept a different color combination at the same cost, plus all the hassle of having to email and then follow up by phone to find a solution. So just beware that if you really want a certain set there is NO GUARANTEE that they will be able to fulfill the order, even if it appears to be in stock. I am a long time GH shopper, and generally love their products, but this transaction was a big disappointment. They really need to find a better system for tracking their stock, or at least be more proactive at finding a solution rather than placing the burden on the customer.
