Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and soft My husband hates sleeping with a top sheet. I have been on a mission to find a duvet cover that is soft enough to use without a sheet and can withstand a lot of washes. I think I have found it! This duvet is super soft and is comfy to sleep under. I have washed it twice and it has held up and still looks great! No shrinking or stretching! I feel like it's a little pricey but the reviews on cheaper duvet covers elsewhere said that the quality was lacking especially after a few washes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft and comfortable I can't even remember how many sets of these knit sheets I have bought over the years. They last fairly well and are easy to care for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from soft as ever but beware shrinkage I have been buying these sheets for many years now. I have five year-old sets that are still in service. These are every bit as soft as the others, and I love the pattern. But after washing and drying them once (following the care instructions and exactly as I launder my other sets), they have shrunk considerably. The pillowcases are now too small for the pillows, and the fitted sheet (originally generous) now barely covers the mattress.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from super soft I got these sheets for my 16yo son. He loves the softness and that they're current and not kid-like. I have solid jersey sheets for me other son who loves them. The one issue is that the seams have come apart after a year or so of use. They're not as well-made as other GH products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Material soft on one scratchy on another I love Jersey sheets so I ordered this duvet cover. The first one was super soft and washes&dries beautifully but the second one got rougher and scratchier as I used it and washed&dried. It got so bad within a few months I threw it out. Big waste of $$$. I’m not sure if they had different manufacturers? Also the scratchy one lost two buttons after just three washing’s. All my jersey sheets are from GH and they’re wonderful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sheets, but what's with the pillow cases? I love the sheets, but cannot figure out what is going on with the dimensions of the pillow cases. The grey windowpane is a perfect compliment to just about every bedding pattern I own. Unfortunately, the standard sized pillow cases are not lengthy enough to fully enclose my pillows, but when I ordered the king size as an alternate, the kings were astoundingly HUGE. I mean truly HUGE! I truly cannot figure out who designed them in that dimension and for what purpose. Since those are the only two size options (standard and king), I am back to using the standard but lament every time I see the tips of my pillow sticking out from the edge. It's too bad because otherwise these sheets would be an over-the-top keeper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Short pillow cases Love the simple style and softness of the Jersey-Knit, but the pillow cases are more square than rectangular, and are too wide and short for standard cases. Now I will have to order king size cases to fully cover my standard sized pillows....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not very comfortable We only had these on the bed a couple for days (after we washed them) before we pulled them off to put in the donate pile. Bottom line is that they just weren't very soft. Perhaps they're the kind of item that needs to be broken in but who wants that with sheets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware–doesn't fit 11" thick mattress I have read other reviews, and can agree that the fitted sheet was soft. I don't consider our mattress unusual or thick at 11", but this sheet didn't come within 3" of reaching underneath. (It was definitely the correct size, Full.) I might actually try the Queen fitted for extra inches, and adjust the 4 corners to make the pocket deeper. If that works, I'll add the info. It's tricky to rate, since the quality and value seemed good, yet the sheet, hopeless! I'll rate for quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shrank The fabric is soft, and I like the windowpane pattern. The ends are finished, or unfinished in a way I'd never seen before, the inside of the folded over ends not sewn down. I didn't particularly like that, but thought I could live with it. But then they shrank and barely fit over the end of the pillow, even though I hadn't washed in hot water or put them in the dryer. The width didn't seem to shrink at all. Other reviews are so positive - maybe the one I received was a fluke, with the fabric cut in the wrong direction to accommodate shrinkage.

Are you using the fitted sheet as a box spring cover in the photo?  If so, I’ve never considered that. Interesting!

Asked by: ParadiseFound
Yes, in this photo we used a fitted sheet as box spring cover to coordinate with the bed ensemble.
