JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Analyst

Garnet Hill, a growing high-end multi-channel marketer specializing in original designs in clothing and home décor is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Team.


Responsible for inbound transportation compliance and reporting, including relationships with customs, vendors, and freight forwarders; vendor performance, liquidation and compliance reporting; and performing analysis to gain departmental and business efficiencies.

  • Track and analyze transportation costs; update internal freight estimates based on historical results
  • Analyze inbound shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase order
  • Reconcile monthly inventory receipts versus planned purchases (both units and costs)
  • Inventory management point person on customs compliance requirements, ensuring that Garnet Hill's procedures meet all requirements
  • Assist with Liquidation Inventory reporting needs
  • Track vendor performance against all Garnet Hill compliance requirements and distribute monthly performance reports; highlight problem vendors and recommend corrective actions to improve Garnet Hill's overall compliance rating
  • Issue vendor charge-backs for non compliance and communicate infractions and fees to vendor
  • Track, compare and report CCSG compliance charges against Garnet Hill-issued charge-backs to the vendors
  • Create and develop queries and reports on daily/weekly basis as assigned
  • Assist with Inventory reporting, such as inventory projections at the class level
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiencies for drop-ship order maintenance and tracking
  • Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Ability to extract data from various sources and manipulate into usable analysis
  • Computer Science training preferred
  • SSRS skills preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to react to a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
