Decorating tips & looks from the One Room Challenge

This fall, Garnet Hill was honored to be a sponsor of the One Room Challenge. This event occurs twice a year, selecting twenty design influencers to transform a space and share their creative process. In addition to following along, anyone with a blog and/or Instagram account was welcome to contribute, sharing their own room transformations.

We’re proud to see some of our designs included in these beautiful spaces. Here are some highlights from the challenge:

The Undecorated Home used various patterns and textures of Garnet Hill towels to create a luxurious bath.

Erin Kestenbaum took a fresh approach to incorporating some favorite designs in the home: an unexpected artisan rug choice for the kitchen, hand-thrown stoneware stacked in a minimal kitchen, and a metal boot tray becomes an ingenious mudroom drawer liner.

Making It Lovely layers soft jersey-knit bedding with embroidered percale and our hand-stitched Dream Quilt to reinvent the pretty pink bedroom, giving it a sophisticated, eclectic, retro-inspired vibe.

Oscar Bravo Home paired our best-selling Dream Quilt with striped linen bedding to create a clean, classic look that spans the seasons.

The Learner Observer artfully layered the bed with linen sheets and other pieces from the Garnet Hill Home Collection. We love a timeless, classic look with just the right pop of color and original design.

Hommeboys: We love the way this room design commits to color with our linen bedding. Tones of ochre and honey continue to top the hottest color trends in home textiles.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the One Room Challenge. What are your favorite looks and designs?
