What assembly is required, and with what tools?
There is no assembly required but we do suggest installing the tipping kit that is included with the nightstand. The tipping kit will secure/anchor the nightstand and help to protect against accidental injuries.

Well Made Furniture
We splurged and bought this nightstand for our guest bedroom. It is solid alder, made in the United States, quality, gorgeous furniture that will last for generations. Grateful to Garnet Hill and Lisa, the shipping manager at Garnet Hill, for selling and making sure of a successful delivery.

Pretty bead trim
It is nice looking but imperfect and very expensive. I like the bead trim and the overall styling and wanted other pieces in the set so got this to match. The imperfections are quite minor, but still, at this price, I expect to be awed and I am not. It is fine. I look forward to the other pieces when they come.
