Supima® Cotton Hemstitched Adjustable Bedskirt is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 95.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from needs to be ironed after washing Sorry I washed it before putting on bed. Based on reviews, needing to be ironed was not mentioned. Excellent quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strange style While the 3 panel design of this bed skirt allows for custom fitting it must be readjusted every time you make the bed. I'm considering sewing the panels to a central piece of sheeting in order to eliminate the daily hassle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks nice but... I purchased this bed skirt on sale. If I'd paid full price, I'd probably send it back. Quality is good but I cannot figure out how to put it on my bed! Every way I've tried, it doesn't stay put.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Functional The adjustable bedskirt has a hard time staying in place. It would be nice if it had velcro or something to position it better. Also, the ivory color is almost yellow, not a soft white at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great quality but the design is frustrating I purchased this bed ruffle six months ago and while the quality is excellent I have found it very challenging trying to keep the ruffle tucked in. The ruffle doesnt cover the entire top of the mattress: it's designed with an approximately four inch edge that you tuck in. I read in one of the other reviews that it works well to attach the dust ruffle to the mattress with quilting pins. I definitely plan to try this!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Design flaw Being in 3 sections just wasn’t working for me or the bed! Fabric was great and just the right amount of gathering sadly had to return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so happy... I didn’t realize “adjustable” meant it came in three pieces that needed to be pinned to stay in place. I’m not very happy...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won’t remain in place! Sent it back. No way this would stay under the mattress without lots of troule every time you changed the sheets.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Would not stay put Decent fabric, poorly designed. Kept slipping onto the floor because portion that slides between mattress and box springs is not wide enough. After a month of struggling to get it to stay put, I returned it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty but constantly pulls down! I was seeking a hemstitched bed skirt. The quality of the cotton and the hemstitching is excellent. However, the design of no fabric platform to lay over the box spring, which necessitates pinning the bed skirt to the bedspring is problematic. The upholstery pins frequently pull loose and I need to adjust the bedskirt daily! I will have to sew a fabric plat

Rated 2 out of 5 by from great bedskirt except queen size Several years ago I purchased this bedskirt for a double bed, it is great, nice material and details. I recently bought the skirt for a queen sized bed, again nice material and details however I was very dissappointed by the construction. It is not actually a single bedskirt but 3 separate pieces with a +/-6" piece of material that tucks between the mattress and boxspring. All other queen size bedskirts are a single piece so I am not sure why this one was made as 3 seperate pieces. The result is that the skirt repeatedly pulls out from between the mattress and boxspring, especially when making the bed. It is incredibly annoying and dissappointing. I have looked through the product description but did not see anything that mentions the 3 seperate pieces. I have always really liked GH bedding but this skirt (queen size) is very dissapointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Permanent wrinkles Pros - detail is very nice, length is hard to find Cons - fabric is VERY WRINKLED and the wrinkles won't come out with washing or ironing. I bought 2 twins. They were very wrinkled coming out of the packaging, and felt like they had a finish (sizing?) on them. I ironed them with hottest temp and steam, to no avail. So I thought if I washed them that would help. Nope. After 3 more hours of ironing (and I'm not exaggerating), they are passable and finally on the beds. From a distance they look ok, but close up they look like I never ironed them. The wrinkles are somehow permanently in the fabric and I can't get them out, even with steam and hottest iron possible. Disappointed in this quality from GH!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from good idea but flawed execution I was hoping that this bed skirt would work out for me, but I disliked the design. The panels of the bed skirt don't have any fasteners, just a four or five inch flap that you stick in between the mattress and box spring. This means that every time you strip the sheets from the bed, you have to readjust all three panels of the bed skirt, which seems to me to much more inconvenient than having to move the mattress in order to put the bed skirt down in the first place. I noticed that another reviewer said that she put quilting pins in order to secure the bed skirt to the box spring, but I think that at these prices, the bed skirt should already come with something to fasten it to the bed. It shouldn't require any adjustments on the part of the customer. I hope that Garnet Hill makes some changes to this type of bed skirt. It's a good idea that needs more work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality fabric just received this and laundered it to get rid of slight "manufacturing" scent. What a mistake. If you want a bed skirt that looks like it has been slept on by the dog this is it. Wrinkles, puckers and bias stretch cannot be ironed out!
Date published: 2021-02-08
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I thought I should have read the description more carefully. The skirt just tucks under the mattress and comes out/off every time you pull the sheet down to get in bed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Garnet Hill’s best-hideous fabric Horrible fabric-some kind of poplin that always looks wrinkled. Like no other bedskirt I’ve ever owned in that you just stuff it between the mattress and box spring. Always coming out. Thought it would get better after washing, but it actually got worse. Wish I had returned it before ai washed it. Do not buy this I’m sure there are better options out there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mixed reviews I very much love the fabric and the border pattern BUT it is comprised of 3 separate pieces of fabric (2 side panels and a “foot-of-the-bed panel) so I sewed the panels together to help it stay on the box spring. This fact was NOT spelled out. The product is extremely over-priced but I was willing to pay for a nice 1-piece dust ruffle—but not for 3 panels of hemmed fabric!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed I’ve been buying from Garnet Hill for over twenty years and this is the first time I have to complain about quality. While the fabric is nice, the bed skirt comes in three separate pieces, without the middle part. Which means every time you change sheets, it falls down. Very strange way (and cheap) way to make one. This was an expensive buy and I’m very disappointed.
Date published: 2020-07-19
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I wanted. Pay attention - it comes in three pieces. It tucks in so every time you change the sheets it comes untucked. A serious design flaw. The previous one I purchased from Garnet Hill is all one piece and stays put. But after so many years I needed to replace it. Returned the new three piece one. Will shop elsewhere for a dust ruffle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Impossible to Iron after multiple washes The fabric is so stiff and just awful to iron, even when using a hot steam iron and heavy duty spray starch. I've washed it several times and have not seen much improvement. The bedskirt has to be totally readjusted every time I change the sheets. In fact, I find myself adjusting it almost every day as it comes untucked whenever the top sheet is pulled down. It may be fine for a guest room that is not used daily, but it is absolutely too much of a hassle on a daily basis to keep it looking just right. I would not buy this bedskirt again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor execution The idea for the bedskirt is great. However the execution was very poor. The material was horrendous to iron. Also needs Velcro to attach otherwise it falls off every time you make the bed.
Date published: 2018-10-10
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as described I bought this thinking that the quality would be substantially better than most bedskirts. Unfortunately did not fit correctly and sent back for refund.
Date published: 2018-08-29
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Huge disappointment and inaccurate description When this product arrived, I was disappointed to discover that it consists of three separate pieces of the skirt material only — no center and not joined. This is a terrible design. How are the pieces supposed to stop from shifting when you move on the bed? And what if there’s no box spring, as is the trend these days with deep mattresses? For the price, I expect a full bedskirt, not three strips. The fabric is thin in addition. Given that I was charged far in excess of the cost to Garnet Hill of shipping, making a profit off shipping, I will not order again from this company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never stays put. Requires constant fixing - especially with kids using the beds.
Date published: 2018-01-08
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money This product is awful. It does not stay on the bed and won't stay even. How cheap is it to add a panel to hold everything together? Definitely do not recommend it. Garnet Hill is usually so reliable, was a big disappointment.
Date published: 2016-06-08
Rated 1 out of 5 by from The material was super nice but the design of this bedskirt is just plain ridiculous! It will never stay in place! I had to send it back and I was super disappointed!
Date published: 2014-01-18
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Adjustable bed skirt I found this bed skirt very hard to use. If using, you need to reset every panel every time you make the bed. Too cumbersome. The fabric is beautiful and I would love this item as a non adjustable bed skirt.
Date published: 2013-11-11
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bedskirt I made a mistake. I did not read the reviews having ordered from Garnet HIll before and being pleased. I never knew a bedskirt could come in pieces. I always thought it was one. I have tried double sided velcro but not working too well. May end up sending it back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Watse Your Money!!!!! I'm shocked at the horrible quality of the fabric, no way this is Supima cotton 300 thread count. Hard to believe Garnet Hill would offer just an inferior product.

The adjustable bed skirt did not come with any directions or suggestions for keeping it attached to the box spring. Can you please provide more information?

Asked by: Kev4
The 3 flat panels tuck between your mattress and box spring. The skirt should stay in place and only need occasional adjusting. If you need additional information, please call customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Do you have to lift off the mattress in order to put the bedskirt on?

Asked by: Highpockets
You will not have to lift the mattress completely off the bed. Some lifting is needed however to arrange and tuck the bed skirt.

Do you need to adjust the panels each time you make the beds (every morning)?

Asked by: Israel
It has 3 flat panels that tuck between the mattress & box spring keeping the bed skirt in place. You should not have to adjust it each day.

Can I use the hemstitch bedskirt with an adjustable bed? How do the three pieces attach? How will it behave when the bed is raised either at the foot or head? It seems that because it is in three pieces, the skirt move freely.

Asked by: JAPZ
The three pieces of the bed-skirt tuck between the mattress and box-spring so if your mattress and box-spring raise or lower together we think you would be all set.
