Generously sized, and larger than what we had been using, we needed a new cover and matching shams as well. I ordered a relaxed linen set. The shams arrived first, but they were of mismatched dye lots. Marge at customer service was amazing. She immediately sent 3 shams that matched each other, no charge. She told me to wait until the cover arrived and then choose the shams I wanted. In the end, I had all 4 pieces of the same dye lot and am extremely happy with the look. While the comforter is heavier than what we are used to, it is extremely warm. Initially my husband was bothered by a chemical smell, but it dissipated quickly. I have been a customer of Garnet Hill for almost 40 yrs. Great customer service, fabulous company!
