I absolutely love this dress. I can wear it all year long. Dress it up or down. I wear it with flats, boots , clogs… materia is soft and is well made. It is the perfect little black dress for me. I am 5’7” and I ordered the large.

This dress is a treasure!
I have loved this dress for several years. Each time I get another (with another devastatingly gorgeous print) I tell myself this is the last one. I now have six. Easy to care for, flattering, versatile, I just don't get tired of them. I expect to enjoy them for years.

Cute and Comfortable
Got this dress on sale which makes it even sweeter, but I would pay full price for it because it is amazingly comfortable and looks really good. The fit is as expected. I am 5'4", 139 lbs and ordered a medium. I probably could use a small. The dress is super cute with leggings and boots. Fabric is nice too, with a great print. I have never been disappointed with Garnet Hill clothing!

Flattering fit with fitted sleeves and bust; the flare design hides less-than-perfect tummies. Easy-care fabric; wash on gentle, hang dry and off you go!! I’ve purchased two, one last year and one this year.

Comfy, stylish dress
Very comfy yet stylish dress. I've dressed it up with a jacket and heels but it can easily be worn with flats for a more casual look. I bought in a smaller size as my shoulders are narrow and that's the only area it's fitted.

This dress is perfect. Super comfortable, very nice fabric, lots of compliments on the pretty print, easy to care for. Swing dresses can be hard to get right--I've bought (and quickly returned) dresses that were ridiculously voluminous, like a maternity dress on steroids. This dress was just right the balance of swing and shape for what I was looking for. And the price is great even at full price. I'd buy it again.

Great dress inconsistent sizing>.
This is a well made sweet dress . I ordered in the espresso print in medium and the colors didn’t work for me. I returned and ordered the midnight floral in medium. Print was great however the dress in same size didn’t fit as well. Probably should have returned and requested small but didn’t. Just returned. Must have been a different batch of same dress. I’m 5 3 inches and about 140 pounds.

Wear any day, any time.
I bought this dress in black. Because I have a pear-shaped body, it’s perfect for me. I brought it on a trip recently: it packed well, with no wrinkles, and I received compliments both from my sister and from a woman walking down the street. I paired it with an open-stitch honey shawl and shoes for daytime, but can easily dress it up. My only wish is that it was two inches longer.

Very nice dress for the sale price -- I give 4 stars instead of 5, because I wish Garnet Hill would carry individual misses sizes: a 16 would have been perfect, but it's a bit large. Most items come in size-ranges that don't work for me: L = 12-14 (12 always too small); XL = 16-18 (16 can work for me sometimes, but 18 always too large). I'm making do with this dress by wearing a fitted jacket over it. Quality clothing here, though!

I got this dress for a wedding and got many compliments. You can dress it up or it can be very casual. I got the floral print. I usually wear a 12 size dress and after reading other comments I went with the medium (8-10). It does run big. I weight 160 and 5’5”. Medium fit perfectly.

Why is nobody answering the questions? I assume GH wants to sell their products, but they should know that some people need more info before purchasing.
Is the background of “black firefly” colorway a washed black? It looks green in all the photos.

I ordered this dress or something similar before, and I would have loved it but it had way too much material in the back. I'm old by not that big, 5'5" and 123 or so pounds, and I don't have a "fat back". Is this cut of this new one different?
