Napkins
Lovely deep color (blue) holds after washing. Very soft and absorbent, unlike many linen napkins.

Beautiful soft linen napkins
I just received these napkins in white (actually a tiny bit off-white, but close). I love them. I already have some natural colored linen napkins from another source which I use all the time and truly love. These may be just as good, only using and repeated washing will tell. I love linen! I don't iron them either, just fold while warm from the dryer, so they're practical as well.

Bluegrass, what a beautiful color!
I ordered the napkins in bluegrass and the color and feel of the fabric is wonderful! I just wish that there was a square table cloth to match!

I love the color and texture of these napkins. The only drawback is the label, which is obtrusive and hard to remove without damaging the hemstitching. I did remove them, which will definitely shorten their life, but in the meantime I'm enjoying them.

Nice napkins, but those labels...
I had made up my mind to live with wrinkled linen napkins - I fold them a nice, casual way, or use a napkin ring, and I no longer feel the need to iron them (ok, maybe just a little...). I love the dark blue color. There is only one problem - the darned 2 labels sewn on by Garnet Hill. They poke out and make the napkins look stupid, and if you try to cut them out, it is hard not to cut some of the hem stitching. This is the perfect product for a printed label directly on the fabric. All it needs to say is 'Garnet Hill 100% Linen."

Hi- I would like to purchase the linen napkins in the tawny port/burgundy colors. I read one review that says that the labels are sewn in tightly and difficult to cut-out, so they don't sit well. Have you corrected this problem? Thank you.
We tested our samples and found the napkins folded and sat well on the table. We have not changed the design.
