Just right pillows
I find these pillows just right, not too hard, not too soft. Feels good to rest my head on these if I’m on my side or back.
This is my second time purchasing these pillows and intend to buy more.

Disappointing
If this is a cotton sateen cover I'll eat my hat. The label says 100% polyester.
I have had other Garnet Hill pillows I liked very much, but I don't think this one. In addition to rough shell, it came poorly packed, not in the nice carrier GH usually uses, but in a cheap piece of plastic that didn't cover it and left it exposed since carton had opening in it.
Think will probably use it for knees instead of head.

Excellent pillow
I'm very particular about my pillow, and this one is near perfect. After a few days of breaking, it is neither too soft or hard with just the right support, and loft is right whether I'm on my side (with my arm under the pillow) or back. I was looking for a pillow with Primaloft fill (for durability) and double gussets, so I hope this lasts longer than less expensive pillows. The fabric also feels quality.

Best Pillow Ever
As a side sleeper this is the best pillow I have tried so far. It firmly supports, but softly, and doesn't go flat. Just wish it had a 3" gusseted side panel instead of the 2".

The standard size pillow fits into the standard cases . The king fits into a king sized pillow case.

How deep is this pillow? I searched for 4 inch deep pillows amd this came up. Is this 4 inches deep. It is interesting your dimensions do not include this.
