Rated 2 out of 5 by 6rugrats from Can't Recommend I love velvet and thought the scalloped trim was so cute. However, I was really disappointed in the quality. Be advised that it is velvet only on the front (this is noted in the description) but I feel the backing looks cheap and the binding on the scallops also looks low quality. Certainly not worth the money. If you consider purchasing and need an insert, remember to order up a size (20X20) or it won't be big enough. I can't recommend this at all.
