Rated 5 out of 5 by TD24 from Lovely boots! Purchased during Labor Day sale. Super value, 2 for the normal price of 1! Comfortable, soft but sturdy leather, complete quality in every way. Suggest buy your normal size if you don't need arch supports or inserts. If you need those, size up 1/2 size. I sized up 1/2 size in 1 pair and then a full size for fleece inserts for winter - the latter mostly because that's what size as available. My only disappointment was that the 2nd pair - shipped with the first - did not come with the original box. What I got may have been a display pair? Merely a nitpick, given the quality/price point. My biggest complaint with Garnet Hill as a whole is the shipping cost. On any product. Yes, I know shipping is expensive. But when you are spending several hundred dollars, seems like reduced shipping or free shipping would be enticing. They did send a "free shipping" code with the boots...but only give about 60 or so days to use it.
