Super queen covers are available if you look. This is not light weight, I found it to be heavier than I thought it would be and that was without a cover on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Carol MA from Much wider than spec, but fits in GH duvet cover I bought this insert (king) to go inside the relaxed linen duvet cover, but was alarmed to find the insert was 10" wider than the cover. I washed both pieces and dried on low; the cotton insert shrank a bit (~2"). Although the insert was still about 8" wider than the duvet cover, it fit nicely inside. Cotton insert is good weight for cool nights, washed well and easily in my oversize washer/dryer. Pricey, but solid investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KLT1 from Great cotton duvet! This is a wonderful duvet - perfect for people who can't do wool (such as those with allergies to it) and don't want poly/plastic. It's very high quality craftsmanship, with no chemical smells. It's a medium weight, so good for spring/fall, and paired with blankets/quilts, it's plenty warm for cold weather. It's also quite inexpensive for the quality, especially compared to wool, and you can feel good about it being organic. Don't hesitate to buy this duvet!

I was looking for a "breathing" blanket that would also be soft & warm enough, but not too warm like some down blankets and could be used in different seasons. This blanket fully met all my expectations! I'm very happy with it!
