Stylish comfort
These pants are airy and comfortable. I dress them up or down and it works nicely

Great length and loose
I bought a size 6 but waist was too slim compared to hips. I returned for 8 . Much better fit for me as I am an older lady (72)) and prefer looser fit. They are loose in hips but linen should not be tight.

Good fabric, easy to wear, comfortable
As another reviewer has written, these run a little big. I’m glad I ordered these a size smaller than my usual size. I like the easy, elastic waist. I’ve been wearing them every day this spring, in black. I switch out the tops. I love Garnet Hill clothes.

Go-to slacks
These are my go-to slacks. Wear them to work, at home, to movies, anywhere. Always look nice. Wish they would wear a little better, and be cheaper, but other than that, am very happy with them.

Linen Pleat-Detail Trousers
These trousers fit comfortably and still look refined. I purchased the smoky gray stripe and I am impressed with the quality of design and the softness of the linen. Unlike some types of linen, this fabric was not sheer. This style is flattering for my petite frame.

Great Casual Pants
These pants are made for casual summer wear. Actually, casual-chic; not sloppy at all. Pair them with a fitted tee or tank top. They do run a bit large, so purchase one size down. Garnet Hill quality wins again!

Nice weight and very comfortable
I bought these pants a few weeks ago, and very pleased with them. They are very classy, and the material is a nice weight. Will probably wear them all year. They will be my go to pant, particularly during the summer, fall and spring.

Really well made linen trousers aren't easy to find. For once the rise is long enough for a woman to sit in comfortably. Summer clothes should make us feel like blithe spirits not girdled gorgons

Great summer trousers!
These are perfect for work in an air conditioned office, and lightweight enough to also wear comfortably outdoors on mild summer days. I like that they have pockets, too, and the color is a neutral but a break from khaki!

Fit Perfectly!
Theses are loose and comfortable. Nice weight for hot weather. I can wear these pants to work on a casual day.
I am 5’8” - large frame. I bought a large usually I wear a 12 sometimes a 10 if forgiving on the hips.

These pants are so comfortable and cool. I had to exchange the first pair, as the sizing is weird. The second pair fit but are still two sizes smaller than my usual size. Take that into account when you order and follow the measurements chart. It is accurate. I got compliments on them the first time I wore them. Got the gray striped
ones and love 'em!!

Nice linen, nice look!
I like linen pants. They are lightweight, comfortable and easy to wear. I don’t wear shorts away from home, so these are my everyday pants to dress up or dress down. Everything works with these. The pleats in front don’t lay flat, a little bulky, so that’s why the 4 star rating.

I was shopping for black linen pants for summer travel. I'm 5'8", 150 pounds, bought a size 10. I think they will be comfortable, though I'm not sold on pleats which add bulk to the belly and they are a little too much in the thighs. Material is nice.

basic linen pants
I needed a basic linen pair of pants and wanted capris. I could not find them so I settled for an ankle length style. These fit the bill. The linen is medium weight and the fit is as described, I bought a M. (I used the size selection feature provided as this was an on-line purchase, these compared to a Loft size 30 Julie fit). I did not want a draw string waist, I wanted a flat front elastic back waist. These have a pleat near the pocket, I would prefer they did not, yet that was not an option.

Too much material around pockets
Nicely made pants but wish I had sent them back. I will never wear them. I thought I could pull a tshirt over the pockets and hide some of the extra material there. The pleats make it to puffy and uncomfortable. They are ankle pants as shown in the picture. I threw away the bag with the return label or I would have sent them back. Disappointed as I love linen.

Not For Me
I typically wear a size 4 in GH pants. These were enormous in the hips, so much so that I felt the size 2 would still be too roomy. I was disappointed that I had to return the pants, because the style and fabric were very nice for summer.

The garment measurements listed under the "Rise and Measurements tab" are correct. Note the waist has a flat front and elastic waist in the back.

I would like to know whether to order a 6 or 8 in this pant. My hips measure 41" and my rise 11 inches. I have just ordered the Eileen Fisher linen walking shorts in an 8 and they fit perfectly.
