Lace-Inset Merino Sweater is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful It looks great on. I love all he details. It looks very unique. Just wish it came in a size 0 as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Lace I just got this on sale and am loving it. I did have to stitch the back together, but not all the way down, because it kept opening up too wide. I do like the back -- and if someone were thinner than me, they probably would not have to stitch it together. I thought it was different and young -- but not too young for someone in their 60s. It is not scratchy at all -- nice and soft!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the look, feminine. I have enjoyed the sweater. It is fun and whimsical.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty I agree with the other review. The fit in the arms where the lace is, is tight. You will have to wear a cami under unless you want your back exposed. Other than that, pretty sweater. I got the white.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty sweater but a bit oddly sized. I bought this sweater in the charcoal. It's an interesting piece, but the bottom edges of the lace insets are really tight around my upper arms. (I lift weights, but my arms aren't freakishly large.) The knit is a bit blocky, and the body of the sweater's a bit oversized, so if you're concerned about the perception of added weight or are super busty, this might not be the piece for you. I'm still trying to figure out what color cami I should wear beneath it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weird fit I so wanted to love this sweater - the lace shoulders, the pretty white. But though I'm really a size small (5'3", 120#, busty but otherwise average proportions), the size small seemed huge. So I got the Xsmall, and even with that the shoulders were oversized and bunchy, and I'm even muscular through the shoulders. The way it gaps in the back means you have to wear something under it, and I'm really looking for sweaters that don't look bulky. The way it gaps in the back also means that for a woman with breasts, it sort of tents forward and hangs out from your body, tent-like. Perhaps if you are small-busted you get a more elegant drape. I suspect this looks good on very tall, thin supermodels like it does in the picture, but even though I'm trim and fit, it wasn't a good look for someone with any shape. It was also kind of scratchy, not the softest merino I've run across, though that is reflected in the price.
