Does it work to wear this INSTEAD of a bra, if you are fairly small chested?
The body is made of a nylon stretch lace fabric and not lined. There is not a built in bra.

For those days...
When you don't want to wear a bra or traditional underwear, but want coverage - Hanky Panky Basics do the trick. The feel of the lace is light and provides just a touch of freedom. My bra size is 36B and bought size Medium in both top and bottom. I wear my HPBs under loose-fitting tops. Enjoy!

I love these camisoles because I don’t wear a brassiere. I wear another plain camisole and top it with one of the Hanky Panky’s — perfect. A little lace. A little more support.

A great undergarment.
Buyers need to know that this is an undergarment, not outerwear. It is semi-transparent, and best worn underneath another sheer layer (unless you’re more daring that most). Still, it fits as shown, is quite stretchy, and fairly comfortable. Excellent choice under a sweater.

Pretty but didn’t work for me
I have extremely sensitive skin and didn’t find this lace fabric comfortable... also ran very small for me. Exchanged for another item.
