Comfiest, coziest slippers!
I have worn Haflinger slippers for years. They are like slipping my feet into a heavenly cloud, and no matter how tired or achy my feet are, they suddenly feel relief. This style with the flowers seem to be more sturdily made than previous ones. Instead of being stitched to the sole they appear to be glued which is better for me as my right foot tends to lean to the outer edge causing the stitching to wear away and split. I like this flowered version a lot! Thank you Garnet Hill.

Most comfortable and attractive slippers
I love these slippers for their warmth, comfort, support and style. I live in Florida and they are not too hot, just right. These are my second pair. I washed them carefully in the washer and air dried them. Please keep making them!

Worth it
I’ve had numerous pairs of Haflinger soft-sole boiled wool slippers from various vendors but these from Garnet Hill are the best. The soft-sole bottom with traction dots are SO wonderful and apparently unique to Garnet Hill. They’re like cat’s paws: soft, quiet, warm and still un-slippable! These are the most attractive of Haflingers, too. Worth it.

Old friends waiting at the back door.
I have been wearing this brand and style of slipper for at least 15 years. After a couple of days they mold to my feet and are very comfortable. In the cold winter I wear socks with them and on chilly summer mornings I don’t wear socks. After many miles of walking indoors and climbing stairs, they need replacing every couple of years.

What is the sole of the slipper? Rubber soles? Boiled wool sole? Hoping to buy for my elderly mom, but she has hardwood floors and I don't want her to slip.

These have a latex arch, latex around the slipper at bottom edge of sole, rubber on the bottom and there is glue to adhere the materials together.

No, we do not recommend using scissors to remove the flowers! The wool felted flowers are appliqued asymmetrically on top of slipper.

I have 8.5 feet, but very wide in the footbed and high arches. However, size 9 shoes are often too long for me. How will these fit?
We do not offer these slippers in half sizes, so we would recommend ordering up to the next whole size.
