Great Boot..but
These boots are beautiful and fit true to size, the rounded toe I feel is flattering. The but is that while walking around my house to see if they were comfortable (they were) I started hearing a clicking sound coming from my left boot. I took them off and checked inside at the heel and found nothing wrong but when I pressed on the bottom of the heel it would click when I pushed on the center of the heel. It felt like it was hollow. The right boot felt solid with no clicking. So bottom line every step I took the heel would meet the ground and click. Disappointing since I now have to pay to return a defective boot. I am going to order another pair because I have read a lot of reviews and no one else mentioned having this problem. I’m hoping it’s just this pair that is defective.

Perfection!
I’ve ordered a whole lot from GH through the years. Great company! I rarely review but just must on this boot. Super comfortable and timeless, in my opinion. I am 61 years young and was looking for a classic boot to replace a pair I’d had for years that didn’t fit my ‘flattened out’ feet anymore. This was the perfect replacement. I purchased this boot in black and would order the mushroom but it was not available in my size 9 1/2 when I last checked. Garnet Hill - I’m one of your solid customers! Please get this boot stocked up in the mushroom color and let me know when you do! And Gentle Souls - please make this same boot in a knee high!
