Rated 4 out of 5 by Dersha from Beautiful fabric. The fabric feels silky and is very lightweight. The colors and print is beautiful . The top balloons up in he water. It is ok for sunbathing and playing in the pool- not as good for exercise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JEBG from Nice tankini I bought the Navy Floral and Green Watercolor size 8. I am 5'5" 130 lbs, bra size 34A. I love the material and fit but wish it had removable bra pads. The built in shelf lining is too big for me but fortunately the loose fit will hide this. The colors are as shown in the catalog and very pretty. My only problem is the green suit rolls at the top showing the tan lining and I think I'll end up sending it back.

Was very disappointed since the pink is more of a dull color instead of bright as displayed on the website. It's not that attractive. I didn't send it back because Garnet Hill makes you pay for shipping. This is the second time I ordered something from Garnet Hill and was disappointed with the actual color upon arrival. Buyer beware.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ccjtmom from soft fabric comfortable I found this tankini top true to size. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. It has a little bit of swing to it which I liked. The cups were soft and provided the minimum support. I did return as I did not care for the navy floral print--it was too muted. I wish GH had more summer-like type prints. If so, I would definitely reorder.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mimi NY from Pretty top with a few quirks I like it, but....I was surprised that the bottom edges of the tankini are just "cut", not finished. Hoping the fabric will not shred as I wear it. Also, the elastic around the shelf bra is So Loose! Does not even fit against my skin. I think that is unusual. However, the top is very pretty and looks great with the skirt bottom!!!

I immediately returned the top and ordered instead the GH ruched surplice tankini top in 8, it took GH a while (till mid-April) to restock my return and the send out the new top, which I received Apr 19, but that ruched top was too tight in 8, so I returned it to GH the same day, ordered the Surplice-Hem Taken Top in 8 and received it on May 23, the day after I returned from the Hawaii trip that was the reason for my original March purchase. It fits fine. Lesson: Order the Surplice-Hem Tankini Top in your usual size or even one down--not up.And GH your lesson should be that the hassle (and often return costs if not exchanging) of your exchange policy is maddening to your customers; if I knew I could return items at no extra shipping cost, I would have originally purchased this item in two sizes to see which one fit the best and returned the other, and would then have had the item when I actually needed it.

I’m short & this tankini is too voluminous-makes it appear that I’m really trying to hide a huge body (both front & back) which I’m not. So if you’re just trying to hide a bit of tummy bulge, this isn’t for you—or if you’re petite.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MarimacL from Not enough support I bought this in size 18, the size I normally get from Lands End and after looking at the size chart. It’s huge and does not offer enough support; the straps don’t help to adjust the fit of the cup size. Definitely not for me. I would say offer an adjustable bra band at this size or an underwire, and wider straps. Exchanging for a 14, two sizes down.

Rated 2 out of 5 by tiredofnicknames from Shapeless and unflattering I am returning this top and the matching bottom. They simply hang on me. The skirt is 2-3 inches too long. I wanted something I thought was more appropriate to my age, but I actually felt this combination aged me compared to the plunging neckline one piece I thought I'd aged out of but which is actually more flattering. Following the size chart, I ordered a size larger than I usually take in swimwear and it was the right size so these pieces run small. As I never got it wet, I can't comment on the quality.
