Bought a second one...love this comforter!
I bought this exact same light weight signature GH comforter years ago and needed a second one for another bedroom. Fabric gets softer with washing, and some spoke about crinkly sound of the fabric that goes away with washing. We live in PA and the weather is cold in the winter but this suffices well with the flannel duvet from GH. I hope to get another duvet that is for spring/ summer. No regrets, light is warm enough!

Super luxury!
I had a comforter from Macy’s that I loved: super thick and warm. But, it wasn’t quite wide enough and my feet sometimes stuck out the bottom. It’s a medium warmth rated and was not cheap. So, I ponied up even more money for a Garnet Hill version as it is 8 inches wider and a foot longer and figured the medium would also work.
When it arrived, I first thought it was not going to be warm enough: it seemed lighter and less full of down than my Macy’s version. But, the materials and finishing was superior to the Macy’s version so I figured I would at least try it one night. Well, it’s amazing! Apparently, not all down fill is equal! The Garnet Hill comforter is warmer in the cold and cooler in the hot...just a far superior performing comforter. You get under this thing and you instantly feel heat that seems to be coming from the comforter...as if it were an electric blanket or something. I love this thing!

Winter is coming
I'm giving this five stars but I really should give it one star, here's why, I'm beginning to see no reason to get out of bed. The fluffy goodness holds me in and gone are the days of early rising and morning meditations. I'm not sure it was such a good idea to splurge on this comforter of laziness as I demand coffee be brought to me in bed, my good husband wonders what is to become of me? Do I want to take a nap now? You betcha. Is 9 pm to early to go to bed? Nah! I bought the medium fill after reading the winter might be too much even for a New Hampshire winter. So far I've been very happy with the wonderful cloud that now covers me as I lay in bed. Wait for the sale, you'll still feel guilty for buying it, but 20% less guilty. Darn you Garnet Hill. Buyers beware!

Warmer than you might think
Very high quality product. We use it with the Siesta washed organic cotton percale duvet cover, which has ties designed to work with corner tabs on the comforter – a great idea. But: Beware the heaviest (winter) weight. We live in the Northeast and keep our thermostat at 64° at night. We were sure we’d need the heavy comforter, but it turned out to be too warm. We exchanged it for the medium, which is perfect.

Great option for lightweight warmth
I started with the medium weight Signature down comforter and needed to change to the light one. I live in a cold climate and was too warm even during the polar vortex. Garnet Hill handled the exchange easily, and now I’m very comfortable sleeping under this light-as-a-cloud duvet. I purchased a Garnet Hill percale cover, and, together it works great. Very nice quality, and now I’m comfortable sleeping with my window open this spring.

Absolutely the best comforter I have owned
I purchased the medium weight in this comforter, which provided sufficient warmth last winter in Northern CA, yet it is not too warm in the summer. The quality of the down and cover could not be better and it feels wonderful to sleep under. I highly recommend it, and so does my cat.

Why wait?
Have been waiting years to buy a comforter, and now we wonder why? Going to bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Living here in northern California, even our summers are cool, but this lightest weight comforter is just right for me who sleeps cool and my husband who sleeps hot.

Love the Comforter
I purchased the light weight in a queen size for our RV, it is the perfect weight for our summer camping outings, (we travel to cooler climates and the mountains). It feels nice and cozy but not too warm. Have not washed it yet.

Comfy and warm!
I received the winter weight GH Signature White Down Comforter and immediately put it on our queen bed. I usually have difficulty getting a good night sleep and am sensitive to cold. Not anymore! The comforter alone is warm, light and
keeps me and my sound sleeper husband comfortable. Mr. Sound Sleeper has not complained about being "too warm" which is usually the case when I am comfortably warm. Loved the comforter as it is washable and I got it on sale.

The BEST down comforter out there!!
I became a fan of Garnet Hill 10 years ago. There comforters are soft, comfortable, washable and last forever. I needed a new one for an extra bedroom and purchased the medium which it perfect for the Utah Climate My whole family has become Garnet Hill fans and I’m sure they always will.

My husband loves this comforter.
We have had the comforter for about a month. We got the medium weight king comforter. I think it's nice and fluffy and feathers aren't course or sticking out of it all. Quality is great. The down is evenly distributed throughout the squares. We live in Los Angeles where the weather is warm all year round, the medium weight is warm. I think we could have almost done the light weight but my husband disagrees and likes the medium. I like being cooler when I sleep. Overall fantastic buy. Bought it with a 25% off sale. We are both really happy.

We all have this comforter!
This comforter is great! My son and daughter have the queen and I do like that size better. it seems as if there is more down. The king is nice but I wish it was filled like the queen.
It's worth the money to know you are not breathing chemicals as your body detoxes as you sleep.

Cozy Comforter
We bought this comforter in light weight to replace an older heavier comforter. I was concerned it would not be warm enough; it's perfect for this time of year when nights are a bit warmer. The perfect weight would depend both on climate and a person's body temperature while sleeping. All of our down or down alternative comforters are ideal for 4 season use.
