Another great swimsuit!
Have really loved swimwear from GH, and this top fits well with a solid bottom from years back. Only suggestion would be to make it an inch or two shorter, or add side slits. At 5' 6" and 150 curvy pounds, it feels like they were trying to cover women up to 5' 10" or so, and feels a little long. I might try to add slits myself, no problem, and sales always help:)).

Love the top. Don’t like the skirt.
I have a few Garnet Hill brand tankinis & have always been happy with the style & how well they wear. I just don’t like this skirt. I don’t see another option with a black skirt. I’ve been getting a little sun & self tanner so I will try it on one more time.

Go for the floral tile print.
This is an attractive tankini top. I wish the straps weren’t halter style- it probably won’t stay up as well as straps that are connected to the back.
I am a fairly fit Senior Citizen with a long-ish torso. The top was long enough to cover all bases. It hugged the tummy and hips more than I would like. I didn’t size up, and the top fits perfectly through the bust and rib cage. The floral tile print is beautiful.

Gorgeous tankini, but...
The halter style Is painful for me to wear. I’m in my 50’s, 5’4, 140lbs and short waisted. That said I have a mature body and in order to provide much needed lift in the chest area I had to pull the halter ties up tight. That caused pain around the back of my neck. Although the size 8 fit great and I loved the fabric
and print. I have returned the suit and ordered a different style tankini top.

Just didn’t work
Nice weight fabric and decent fit, but on the red pattern, the light tan lining rolled out on the straps and the under-bosom trim and looked unsightly. This would not have happened if the lining had been the same fabric at the outside, so it’s a mystery why the maker made the choice to use a different color fabric. Had to return.

Fix the color of the lining
This is a beautiful tankini with richly defined color. It's kind of ruined by the tan nude lining which shows when it rolls over. My hope is that I am not constantly pulling, nagging, fixing this when wearing. Use the same color for lining as the suit so this look is not cheap looking.

The problem i have is with the top on the neckline- the liner shows. There should be stitching along the vneck part so that the liner doesn’t show.

Pretty print but not the best look
The print is pretty and overall the fit is good, but when the halters straps are tied or knotted, the inside, a lighter colored lining (a light peach color) shows. It's awkward. I like the top otherwise, but I can't figure out any way to get that lining to stay inside.

Lining showed at the neckline - returned
Beautiful colors, soft fabric, sized accurately, comfortable, sturdy material, but returned because the lining kept showing at the bust no matter how much I adjusted it. I'd buy something exactly like this but in a different neckline. Return was handled easily and graciously by GH - thank you.

Wanted to like it but it didn’t work out
Unfortunately I had to return this item. The pattern was nice but about 1/8 inch of the light flesh colored liner showed all along the bust line and straps, and it just didn’t look good.

Twist Front Tankini Top
I love the quality of Garnet Hill swimsuits and own at least 10! They have been my go to swimsuit for more than 8 years now. But this one is not my favorite because of the lining issue on the top, the construction of this suit is flawed and the lining shows. Why would GH not make the lining the same pattern as the outside on the top is beyond me! I brought this to one tailor and she said very expensive to fix. GH, I read the other reviews after trying this on and I hope you read them too and make a change in this design, sadly it’s going back!

Twist Front-Lining Shows
I want to love these tops, but I can't other than the black. The black is lined with black, but all the other colors are lined with a nude color which is fine with the exception that the lining shows along the bust area. It seems to roll almost. It drives me crazy. I have all colors and it does this on all patterns.

Didn’t work for me.
Tankini top did not work for my bust size which is 34A. The interior material which is a bright white/cream color would show over the exterior decorative blue design as there wasn’t enough to
“fill” in. Also, it was a very royal blue color. I thought it was more of a teal from the online photos. Will be returning.

Beautiful fit BUT…
The fit of this suit is fantastic and it’s very flattering. I’m 5’4” and 130 lbs. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the terrible liner. It poked out in the front no matter how much I tried to tuck it back. I had to take it apart and sew the lining in properly.

Beautiful suit but the lining is a problem
The beige lining shows a little on the straps, and particularly on the under bust band. The band flips over when I move, leaving an ugly beige stripe on one side, under my bust.
The fabric and print are beautiful, but sadly I have to return the suit.

Lining is too big
It’s a beautiful set, but the top wasn’t sewn properly. The lining is too big and rolls out so you can see it at the neckline. I’m a decent seamstress so I was able to take in the lining myself and now it looks great.

This is a good quality fabric and it fits well, but the pale lining fabric rolls to the exterior in the neckline and shows a fair bit, which makes it look cheap.

I love Garnet Hill but when i recieved this it was very wrinkled in the bag and the lining kept getting exposed around the top area of the cups. I washed it thinking that would straighten out the fabric but it didn't and now I can't return it.

Beige lining ruins otherwise cute blue swimsuit
The swimsuit is completely lined in beige that shows in the straps and the knot in front no matter how I move and twist the material to try to hide it. Ruins the look of an otherwise cute suit. Did the suit have to be completely lined or could it have been lined in the color of the suite?

Maybe it is just me and my body type-pear shape. I am an older woman who isn’t trying to look younger-just trying to cover up unappealing areas. This top didn’t fit well and the lining showed through at the neckline & at the tie. Sadly, I returned it.
