My daughter is away at college and needs a really warm comforter for winter. I have always had goose down, but I like the fact that this is a down alternative. I just need it to be as warm as down. Is it up to the challenge of a VERY chilly dorm room?

So happy!

Warm and lightweight
I'm really enjoying my new comforter. I decided to go with the down-alternative comforter as I felt better with something that was vegan. It's very warm - my bedroom is usually between 50-55 degrees at night and this keeps me comfortable but not hot.

Alternate to down
I bought the comforter along with water set of flannel sheets. This makes for a very cozy bed for me and an oven for my husband. While with love love love my new linens it the comforter would be better suited for a colder climate- I live in Oregon.
