Garnet Hill Retro Ruched One-Piece Swimsuit is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 246.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy! A gorgeous suit -- well-made, flattering, and comfortable for swimming. The midnight stripe is great. Plus I got the suit on sale! Please continue to offer this style.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect swim suit Seriously ladies, I am not kidding when I say how absolutely wonderful this suit is. I must confess that when it comes to buying swim wear, l am a bit of a snob. I usually only purchase expensive (but on sale of course) designer bathing suits. I prefer one pieces and tankini styles. This will sound terrible but I was just looking for a "nice" suit (nothing fabulous) that I could wear everyday at the pool and not worry about it getting ruined from the chlorine. I saw the Sale of the Day and had already missed out on a similar style on sale. I thought the prints were pretty and bought the small red flowers and the navy tiles. I always appreciate this in reviews so here comes my info. I am in my late forties, exercise moderately, weigh 160 lbs, am 5 foot 6, wear a size 6 in clothes and swimwear, B36 and regular torso. I could not believe how amazing this suit was when I tried it on! Wow! It was so flattering, made me look 10 lbs lighter, flattened my "empty baby house" and not too low cut in the chest (was a tiny bit concerned). The quality is excellent and the fabric is thick but confortable. It is also very sexy and not at all a middle aged woman trying too hard to look good in a suit. Classic and my number #1 favorite out of all my 7 expensive designer suits (which are very cute and cool but nowhere near as wonderful as this suit). Anyway, I am so happy that I scored 2 of these winners on super sale. Don't let this one get away, even at full price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Cute I love the suit, but it is pretty big. I wanted a size 12 but they were sold out. I ordered a 14 because I am a 36 DD and figured the 14 might fit. It fits fine in the bust but the bottom is very loose. Not sure if I will have it altered or send back. Love the material and the top, enough support.

Wondering what size to buy. I'm 5'7' and 115 lbs., but am larger in my bottom. I wear a xs/sm bust and a medium bikini. Size 4 or 6?

Asked by: browneyedmama
We would recommend the 6 for the best fight.

Sizeing - Usually I have to go up a size with swimsuits?

I normally wear a 6 in pants but generally suits seem to run a size small and I have to wear an 8 in swimsuits. Is that the case with this one or can I go with the 6? I love, love, love this suit and can't wait to order one!
Asked by: NolaJag
We would suggest ordering your regular size as they are true to size.

I measure a size 12 on top and closer to an 8 on the bottom. Size 12's usually bag in the butt. How does this suit run? do I dare order a 10?

Asked by: vacationmom
This suit is running true to size.

Is there padding in the cups? If so, is the padding sewn in the lining or does it move about loosely?

Asked by: curious123
The cups are soft molded cups (lightly padded). The molded cups are stitched into the lining.

Are the leg openings on this suit normal or high? It looks like a high opening in the photos.

I need more coverage in the upper leg/ hip area.
Asked by: Graygrandma
Normal. It's not high cut on the legs.
