Garnet Hill Painted Chevron Core-Loft® Blankets and Throws is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love everything about it. I'm sometimes reluctant to order anything sized as "Double/Queen" as it can often be too short on the sides for a queen. This was sized perfectly for my queen bed. It's so pretty, it can be used as a coverlet - no need to put a bedspread over it. It's warm without being suffocating like many down comforters. It was a great purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These blankets are a favorite for us... We've bought this blanket before, in the past, and bought a new one to replace the one we previously owned as it was a few years old, and a little worse for the wear. (We had a relatively young puppy when we had just gotten our previous blanket, and she kind of liked chewing on it.) We love the weight of this for a nighttime comforter on our master bed! My husband runs cool, and I run hot. It works for the both of us. Very comfy, and covers our king bed generously. We like the Core-Loft fill over the down fill in our house. They're easy to wash (see aforementioned puppy...we need to wash stuff frequently, even though all our dogs are grown), and last many years. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spring Updates Purchased rhubarb colored blanket for warmer temps in February and have kept using through cooler weather in March. The color is lovely, a little more coral than rhubarb, washes well and adds a needed pop of color for spring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from From somebody very particular of blankets More costly than most, but worth it! I'm a problem sleeper and want my mattress, pillows, sheets, and blanket to be top notch. This blanket fits the bill wonderfully. Very nice to the touch, as well as light while being warm enough. And, it looks so beautiful. Thanks Garnet Hill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Luxurious Luxurious, We don’t put the large heavy Over sized king bedspread on every day. I wanted something that looked stylish and finished looking. This comforter and coordinated cover were just the duo . Not too warm, very cozy, just the look and function I wanted.

If we are going to use this Chevron blanket as our main bed cover on a queen bed, would it be smart to order the king, or is the double/queen a larger size?   We like to have extra hanging over the sides, too.

Asked by: Deb Kay
The blanket measures 90" x 96" for the Double/Queen size and 107" x 96" for the King size. These are after wash measurements. You can choose either the DQ or KG size for your Queen bed.

I am looking at the essential core loft blankets and throws versus the essential core loft comforter. What is the difference? Is the comforter heavier? All say 230 thread count and 550 fill power.?!

Asked by: nelsie
The blankets are larger but have fewer ounces of fill. The comforter is smaller but has more ounces of fill. The comforter will be heavier.

Can you launder this yourself, or does it need to be dry cleaned?

Asked by: DADP
You can machine wash it and tumble dry. We do suggest using a front loading commercial washer and dryer.
