Oversized Turtleneck Sweater is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 719.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this sweater! I bought this sweater in grey a few years ago. It’s stylish and flattering. I receive many compliments. I just bought the camel and cannot wait to wear it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and cozy I have several cashmere pieces from Garnet Hill. They are all great, as is this Oversized Turtleneck Sweater. It's warm and soft. Long or short sleeve shirts fit well under it without bunching or pulling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I expected This sweater turned out to be better than I had hoped. The mahogany is a beautiful deep that goes with everything. It's oversized, but not entirely shapeless and can easily be dressed up or down depending on your need. Can't wait to buy another in a different color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, versatile sweater well worth the money This is the 5th color I've purchased of my go-to winter sweater over about 10 years. It is comfortable and flattering, and works well with leggings or jeans. I have one that was accidentally put in the dryer, and while it shrunk a little, it still looks great. It's like walking around in a cozy blanket all day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I Read the Reviews I'm 5'3" and 125 lbs (It would be helpful if more women would state their facts). I read the reviews and decided on the XS (even though I wear a medium shirt). It fits great. I know the designer intentionally created this piece with "Design Ease" but us more petite customers have to be a little conscientious on how something will fit us and where hems will fall! Especially on something that is not easily altered - like fine knits. The pocket is a kangaroo pocket and will probably need steaming to keep the lining from puckering (probably - I haven't washed it yet). I think it's a beautiful piece.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous versatile sweater Over the years I have purchased this sweater about four times. Obviously a standard in my wardrobe. Perfect for travel, always looks great, easy to launder. I wear it about nine months a year.

I am a 14 or large in most tops. This is oversized. Will a medium fit? Don't want a "sloppy" look, yet don't want it snug around the bottom either!

Asked by: finny
these run really generous - I have them in Large and I'm 16 and really busty.  no way its going to be snug around the bottom.

Does this year’s sweater have the same fullness as last year? It looks a little slimmer in the picture. Wore a medium previously, and wanted to be sure before ordering. Thanks

I tried this last year and found the fit, especially beneath the arm holes, very very roomy. I usually take a large but I’m 5 feet 2 inches and found even the small a little too overwhelming. Is this year’s model exactly the same cut?

I'm a petite size (5'1") and am concerned about the length of this sweater - afraid it might be too long for someone my height. Can someone tell me how long it is?

Asked by: ldsf
I’m 5’2” and had to return, sadly, it was just too long and swallowed me up.

I've read the reviews on this sweater & many state they sized down - I'm normally a size 10 for tops but wondering if I should go to a small - I'm 5' 7" 150 lbs

Asked by: Lizette
Definitely size down. I am similar in size/height/weight and ordered the Small. It is still very oversized. Sleeves are very long, very full through chest and swing.

I’m 5’7” and weigh 147 lbs.  wear a size 8 pant. This sweater looks like it may run big.  Wear siz 8 top or medium.  What size should i order?

Asked by: Lljackson
I'm a 6/8 medium usually, and i ordered the small. It's roomy, but not sloppy. Sleeves are not too short (and I have long arms). Medium would definitely be too big for me. Love this!

I have 5 of these sweaters and LOVE them. What do you recommend for the pilling?

Asked by: Demw
Some pilling is to be expected with certain fibers, particularly in areas where there is friction against the fabric. With adherence to the care instructions we find this to be minimal and easily removed with light maintenance.

The 2016 collection of oversized turtleneck sweaters looks like the colors are heathered, especially in the online photo of them stacked. Are they?

Does this sweater continue to pill?

I have purchased this sweater in multiple colors over several years. All had issues with pilling. I even invested in a pill remover and tried shaving with a razor. Nothing helped and I gave them all to Goodwill. Have you corrected this problem as I notice that others have commented on this?

the tightness of the neck

I'm 5'8" 130lbs and the recommended size is XS. But would the turtleneck feel less tight in the S?? Thanks.
Asked by: Rootietoots
The neck would be about a 1/2" larger from the XS to the S, so it would be a little less tight. Also, the neck is rib knit and does have stretch.

I purchased this sweater in September, 2013 in an XS and it was huge so unfortunately had to return it. Is the September, 2015 sizing any different?
