Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Bought a twin size after having bought a king because we love the softness, how lightweight the blankets are and also the warmth. We LOVE these so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it! I just love this comforter. I have looked around at other retailers and have not found any with such lovely colors as the Garnet Hill colors. I also love the feel of it. Its just perfect in every way. I look foward to getting more of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect warmth and breathability I live in the mountains of Arizona. It can be 70 degrees during the day and plummet to below freezing at night. I always have a window open a little, even when it's snowing outside. I like fresh air. This quilt is the perfect thing to sleep under in varying temperatures. It's light but warm. I have spent so much $, trying to get this right. I must have bought 6 or 7 down quilts of varying weights but they always get hot and stuffy. I have cotton quilts but they don't get warm enough. Blankets are a pain. Whatever the stuffing is in this quilt works like a charm: I'm toasty but not steamy. It's light and easy to care for--throw it into the washing machine and dryer and it's like brand new. Perfect for chilly evenings and when it gets really cold, I throw another light something over it and I'm perfect. It looks welcoming on the bed. Love this quilt. Warm, light, well made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Essential Indeed Over the years,I have bought several of these for myself and as gifts. They are almost indestructible, wash well, and hold their colors beautifully. Highly reommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful comforter The comforter is wonderful. The pockets of down are sewn in medium sized squares which allows the down to lie flat and stay evenly distributed in the square. It makes for a very comfortable covering for winter heat or summer air conditioning.

Can the primaloft comforter be washed in my own front load washing machine at home? Or is it better to take it to a laundromat?

Asked by: krpwb
I have washed mine with great results. I recommend using a mild detergent such as Woolite. I have a 4.0 cu.ft front load washer. Also I use dryer balls or tennis balls in the dryer to keep the down fluffed up and dry it at a low heat setting.

The Dune and earth colors in the mag. are very different, but on the computer, hardly any difference, how much do they really differ?

Asked by: Toonzer
The earth color is quite a bit darker than the dune color. Earth is more brown and dune is more khaki.
