Excellent quality
Bought this a couple of weeks ago, perfect lightweight comforter. I’m ordering a queen size one for our guest room next.

So warm!
Definitely had my doubts about this comforter’s ability to keep me warm straight out of the package, but it is SO warm! I may have to add one blanket underneath in the dead of MN winter (when we sleep with our window open anyway!), but for now, on the nights when it’s been as cold as 19° outside, it has been great. I love it so much. 10/10

Good weight for a warm-running toddler
This is a good weight for a kid - she doesn't like lots of covers, but she likes this. It will keep her warm in our mild Northwest fall to spring climate without overheating.

Is this warm enough for a NH winter?

does this comforter come in a non-down (synthetic) version - also is it too heavy for warm weather
Yes, Item #28855, the Garnet Hill Essential Core-Loft Comforter offers lightweight warmth in a down alternative.

You say the comforter is smaller and loftier than the blanket. Wouldn’t that make it warmer to sleep under? Which will be the coolest: the blanket or comforter?
While both offer lightweight warmth, the blanket is just slightly cooler than the comforter.

Queen blanket and comforter are same size but blanket $30 cheaper. Previous answers say fill is the same. What, then, is the difference?
The comforter is smaller than the blanket and has more fill. It is meant to be loftier and is often used with a duvet cover. The blanket is a bit larger and is sometimes used as a layering piece on the bed. For your question about pricing, please call customer service at 1-800-870-3513.
