Garnet Hill Essential Core-Loft® Blanket and Throw is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 379.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great blanket I bought this to replace an old lumpy one filled with nylon and it is the perfect weight as I get hot easily

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I order this in the Silver and it’s just perfect. Washed and dried wonderfully. Larger than the core loft comforters but not as heavy. Great blanket for fall through spring. Not too heavy or hot. You certainly couldn’t go wrong with this blanket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from -Great color and Weight I've always liked GH. bedding. It is reliable for quality and this core loft comforter is no exception! Getting the proper weight comforter for central Florida "winters" can be tricky but this beauty is perfect. I'm in love with the aqua that Garnet Hill uses. I think it's a true aqua. Thanks as always for your wonderful products!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding, Gorgeous Blanket/Throw This item is of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. It is even warmer than I imagined for a man-made fill. If I had other rooms, I'd buy more in other colors for those beds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for cold Colorado nights As one of those crazy people who crack open a winter-night window and turn down the heat to 55, this wonderful comforter is perfect for a great night's sleep.

About the twin blanket .. 1. What is the weight of the fill inside the blanket ? 2. What is the total weight of the blanket ? 3. What is the difference between the blanket and the comforter ? Thx !

Asked by: Anuschka
It has a 550 fill power, with 18 ounces of fill weighing 4.71 pounds. The blanket and comforters are different measurements and the comforters have more ounces of fill and weigh more.

I bought a pretty, bright red one of these a few years back. We need to replace it. Would that be the garnet? or Rhubarb? it is for a boys room so we want a bright red, not burgundy or pink.

Asked by: AZZZ
Garnet is a bright Red. You may want to check your order history by clicking on Order Status, at the bottom of our web page, to verify the color you previously purchased.

Between the down blanket and the hypoallergenic core-loft which one would be cooler. I already have the plush loft blanket, but need a navy blanket that can be used in the summer

Asked by: Dasiy
We compared the difference in size Double/Queen: Core Loft Blanket: 24 oz. fill, 5.89 lbs. Down Comforter: 18 oz. fill, 5.15 lbs. They both have a 230 thread count and 550 fill power. The down blanket would be slightly cooler.

What is the difference between the Core-Loft twin comforter and twin blanket besides measurements (the blanket is actually longer-96")? Do they have the same oz's of fill or is the comforter a heavier fill? Thanks.
