Perfect blanket
I have purchased several of these blankets over the years. The Essential Core-Loft Blanket is the only one I’ll buy. It is the perfect weight for most of the year. Great color selection too.

Best of the best!
I have these blankets on every bed. We don’t use top sheets (we just never have). I have washed these a million times and they hold up beautifully. They are light, yet keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I wish they came in patterns (not stripes). They’re a little pricey so catch them when they go on sale. Can’t say enough good things about them.

The color Water has deep green tones. It is not a "true" blue color, but more a green with blue tones.

Is the Bay Leaf Green color more of a mossy green? The reason I ask is because the first picture in the series the green looks much more like a spring green then the swatch provided.

What is the difference between the "Essential Core-Loft® Blanket and Throw", and the "Essential Core-Loft Comforter"? I purchased the king-sized comforter last year in white and would like another, but it looks like the Blanket might have replaced it?
We still offer the Essential Core-Loft Comforter, simply type essential core-loft in the search box online.

I bought a pretty, bright red one of these a few years back. We need to replace it. Would that be the garnet? or Rhubarb? it is for a boys room so we want a bright red, not burgundy or pink.
Garnet is a bright Red. You may want to check your order history by clicking on Order Status, at the bottom of our web page, to verify the color you previously purchased.

Between the down blanket and the hypoallergenic core-loft which one would be cooler. I already have the plush loft blanket, but need a navy blanket that can be used in the summer
We compared the difference in size Double/Queen:
Core Loft Blanket: 24 oz. fill, 5.89 lbs.
Down Comforter: 18 oz. fill, 5.15 lbs.
They both have a 230 thread count and 550 fill power. The down blanket would be slightly cooler.
