Garnet Hill Essential Core-Loft® Blanket and Throw is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 406.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the weight I have five and think they are perfect for every bed. My first three had satin binding which made them even nicer. I have both down and Polyfill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light but just warm I live in Virginia and it is cold in the late autumn to early spring but, a wool blanket or a heavy cotton quilt is not necessary. This coverlet is comfortable and not heavy. I washed and dried it and while there was wrinkling, once folded and left, the wrinkles were gone. It does say to,wash it in a large commercial, washer which would be better. I imagine during its use two washings would do. It did fit in my washer ( no rotator) and dryer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Comforter The core-loft comforter is the perfect weight for this time of year. Not quite as warm as down, but warm enough for a house temperature in low 60s. The down causes me to feel overheated at that temp. Quality construction.

Asked by: syis
The Garnet Hill Essential Blanket and Throw is available in either Core Loft (down alternative) or with down. They look the same but have different filling.

The 'water' color looks different in different photos. Is it soft and muted like in the thumbnail and photo where the blankets are folded, or really bright/saturated turquoise?

Is the Bay Leaf Green color more of a mossy green? The reason I ask is because the first picture in the series the green looks much more like a spring green then the swatch provided.

Asked by: PackersFan
The Bay Leaf Green is a lighter spring green.

What is the difference between the essential core loft blanket and the essential core loft comforter? They both appear to have the same fill power. Just trying to understand if one is warmer than the other

Asked by: michele1234
The blankets will be bigger and the comforters will have more fill.
