What is the difference between the essential blanket and the essential comforter? They both come in down and in Core-Loft; they have the same fill power and the same threat count in the shell. So, why is the comforter more expensive?
The Essential Core Loft Blanket is larger than the comforter. The comforter does have more "loft" making the comforter appear fuller. Often customers use the blanket as a layering piece and the comforter to top off the bed.

What does the description mean when it says "Original" comforter?
"Original" refers to the sizing of the comforter. We recently adjusted the sizing of the comforter and currently have both the original and new sizes available.

The Perfect Comforter
I purchased the Core-Loft Comforter to accompany the printed lightweight comforter they offer. It did not dissappoint. It is such a delight to not have to wrestle with the duvet every morning anymore. The weight is perfect for both myself (a hot sleeper) and my husband (the cold sleeper). It is soft, washes beautifully, and for me ideally coordinated with a printed option. I have searched for this for years. I highly recommend! In fact, looking forward to purchasing again in a darker color for winter.

Finally found the comforter of our dreams
We had reservations about this comforter. It does make a crinkle noise, and the fabric seems thin, with a shiny finish. We washed it and have been using it and find we are very happy with it. We got the medium weight for year-round use, as we sleep in a climate-controlled room. The comforter is lightweight and quite comfortable. We don’t notice the noise as we’re sleeping. So far, the cats have not managed to damage the fabric and it seems durable enough. The piping and seems are very well constructed. The filling has not shifted after several weeks of use. We like the navy color, which did not fade after the one washing. She’s a happy girl. I’m happy. We expect to enjoy this comforter for quite some time.

Great soft and cozy comfoter
Purchased for my 12 yo who loves his new comforter. It’s super soft and the blue is perfect. Will be looking to upgrade the other bedrooms with one of the many colors from which to choose. Washed and dried with no issues.

Perfect, high quality feel and no geese harmed
Perfect any-day weight with soft somewhat crinkly beautifully colored fabric. I thought it might be too thin for winter, but it's deceptively warm.
