Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable dress! I wore this dress last night and loved everything about it from the color, to the size, very comfortable and cool in 90 degree weather. Will probably purchase this same dress in a different color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Summer Dress I bought this dress in a Size 4, usually I am a Size 6 in most clothing. It fits perfect. Very comfortable. I did not find it too big all over. Teal color is gorgeous. I am 5’7”, 135 pounds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice dress -- but ended up returning Bought this dress on the Linen sale. I have several GH linen dresses and I love the fabric on those. This dress is also very nice but the linen is quite thin -- more like some of the linen tunics. Not a worry - because it comes with a nice liner/slip. I debated keeping it -- but decided that the two-part slip/dress combo took away from the casual ease that I find with other GH linen. I just slip those on and I'm ready to go! For reference -- sizing was true to size according to the True Fit + garment measurements -- I'm 5'3" 125# -- and I generally get a size 6 in GH linen. In this size, the linen dresses are always a bit big out of the package -- but a wash (gentle cycle) and tumble dry (low setting) -- shrinks them just enough to fit well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too Snug On Top Should have gone with the reviews. Very light weight cute dress and I like the fabric and the slip, but this dress is not meant for most bodies. You need to be very small on top and narrow. Fine for the model but not for me. The sizing is way off too. If you are slim, narrow, and small busted this might work. The rest of you don't bother.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy, flattering with one little flaw... This dress is light, airy, with just the right amount of sweet detail. The teal color is rich and flattering. My one regret is that the dress includes a slip, and although the slip is made out of the same lovely fabric, it does take away from the throw-on-and-go aspect of the dress. I plan to try to wear the dress without the slip, hoping that the linen isn't too sheer.

Fit on this dress...I have your linen shirtdress in 3 colors, size 12. How does this dress fit as compared to that style? Does this style run smaller or larger? Any help would be appreciated.

The chest measurement is 2" smaller on this dress. Please see our Measurements Tab on our website to compare sizes on different styles. It is below the Product Details and Care Tabs.

Embroidered linen dress. I am 5'2", 130 #s, broad shoulders. Usually a size 8 in dresses - but comments say this runs small - should I go for 10?

I just received this dress. Both of the side pockets are completely sewn shut, with regular length stitches. Am I supposed to use a seam ripper to remove all the stitches in order to use the pockets?
