LOVE IT!
This is the perfect mid-weight and is soooooo soft. The cream color is very true - soft and not too yellow-y. In warmer months, I keep it folded at the bottom of the bed and it looks beautiful. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful quilt!!
I had an Yves Delormes washed silk quilt in the master, but it needed replacing (we moved to a new home and the light in our new master made the color of the Delorme quilt look a little off. I had loved it so much I was afraid I wouldn't find a replacement that would satisfy me and the Delorme was about the same price point). But I took a chance and ordered the bone and LOVE it!! It is absolutely beautiful. It is a tad heavier than my old one but is lighter and brighter inland color and has a little more of a sheen, so it adds more texture/dimension to the bed. I could not be more please (unless it was washable). The Delorme was washable and had the same materials (silk top, cotton back). Would love to know if anyone has tried it on delicate in machine without an agitator, as the old one washed well. Either way, So happy with this purchase!

Perfect in every way
I bought this about 4 weeks ago. The quilt is the charcoal and the continentals are 2 charcoal & 2 oyster grey, the 20x20 are 1 charcoal and 2 oyster grey, the bed pillow shams are 1 oyster grey and 2 charcoal and the lumbar shams are 2 charcoal and 1 oyster grey. The combination is stunning! The charcoal is a true charcoal and the oyster grey is a light to very light grey. I wouldn't call it silver myself. It's a lot of pillows but, on a king size bed, it's beautiful! The quilt does have a beautiful drape. It's long enough to come just past the top of my bed's wooden sides. I would have loved it to come all of the way to the bottom of them. But it still looks perfect the way it is.
You could still use the silk comforter as a throw at the foot of the bed, but I doubt that I will. Word of caution: the pillow inserts are soft. So, if you prefer firm pillows that have the corners filled out, look elsewhere for the inserts.
As far as value, that's like beauty to me,it's in the eye of the beholder! 99% of my clothing is by EF so the price wasn't a shock. For everything the cost was $1800. Compared to other higher end products and how long my things from EF last,it was worth it to me. I use it as a back drop to decorate the rest of my room and I will use it for a very long time to come.

Luxurious!
The silk quilt is beautiful and of excellent quality. I bought the bone color since my bedding is white and bone. It makes a stunning statement at the foot of my bed. It is pricy, but I got it on sale. Love it!

Beautiful Texture
Am absolutely thrilled with the weight and texture of the silk Euro Shams that I am using as a head board for my new bed. I find that the simplicity of beautiful fabric works well with minimalist decor to provide a touch of luxury, while also reinforcing a sense of calm.

They add a bit of "Wow!" to the room
I just got them and paired them with the grey linen spread so the sheen is a bit of a surprise. The first time I showed the finished room to someone she walked in and just said "Wow?" I do think it is the shams that add that.
However since they need to be dry cleaned and I have cats, they probably won't be spending a lot of time on the bed. Only for "show." That's a bit disappointing.

Small luxuries help
Life is stressful. I can’t/shouldn’t wash my hair every day. These silk cases help resolve both problems! They do well in the washer and low heat dryer. I’ve been able to snag several on sale, so I have 4 pairs to rotate them (don’t want them to wear out). I promise you, they really do reduce stress ;-)

Transformed The Room!
Bought this quilt last year when I re-did the master bedroom and wanted something in an interesting color--and that looked luxurious. The color was coppery, like a shiny penny.
It is one of the happiest things I've ever bought for the house. It looks as incredible as it feels, and reminds me of something you'd see in an old black & white Hollywood set for the likes of Ginger Rogers. (Except it's in glorious color...)
The texture, the sheen, the touch, the color, the weight: perfection. So happy I sprung for it!

We all love it!
We've had this quilt for a month now and are very pleased. "We" includes not only my husband and myself, but two little terriers who sleep in bed with us. I was hesitant to purchase this quilt because I feared their nails would snag the surface. However, it has held up well. It is a bit heavier weight than I had anticipated -- perfect for cool fall nights. A great investment.

Love, love, love it!
After searching for a year, I finally found this one in sea form. It is just the right color for my SW sea salt bedroom. It is also a good weight. We wanted to replace our custom made heavy spread with something lighter and easier to use. The texture and sheen make this piece look elegant and much more expensive than it was. Buying it on sale was a bonus!

Beautiful silk coverlet
I needed a new coverlet for my bed after my dry cleaner shrunk my other one. I was hesitant to order the EF coverlet as it had a shiny appearance and I usually don't like shiny fabrics. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did! First, it feels amazing! The silky texture is divine - feels wonderful - and the cotton backing is very comfortable. It had a funky smell when I first put it on the bed but that dissipated within a day or two. It took a few days to adjust to the looks of the new coverlet but once I did, I fell in love with it. Very happy with my purchase. It is a splurge but worth it!

Beautiful fabric!
I love EF and live in her clothing so when it came to renovating three bathrooms and one master bedroom, I looked to EF home and of course Garnet Hill. Her designs and fabrics did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the EF waves washed silk quilt and sham in bone did not work with our bedroom (color and style issues). We exchanged those pieces with the cotton coverlet and shams for summer in sea salt and the linen striped duvet and sheets for winter with the silk throw in sea foam for winter. The colors are perfect and the fabrics are great too. Its a win-win and now I get to wear EF when I am sleeping!

Gorgeous!
I ordered this quilt for a light coverlet for summer. It is gorgeous with the detail of the quilt's tiny stitches really lovely. The color is a steel blue, which unfortunately did not work for our bedroom, but if the color had been right I would have absolutely kept this quilt.

Quality Bedding!
In the catalogue, the sea foam color looked more pale green, which I liked. In person, it has a definite blue cast to the green. But, in a brighter light, it was more green. In my darker bedroom, the blue seems to come forward more. Will be keeping it as my husband really likes it and the color difference is OK. Beautiful bedding, high quality. I already have the Rosewater color and appreciate the feel and appearance of the sheets, quilt and shams.

Beautiful quilt
This quilt was a bit of a splurge but I had my eye on it for a while and was delighted to get it on sale. The silk feels really nice, and it is very well made (and I'm pretty critical of fabrics and construction, because I make patchwork quilts). This is a lightweight cover that will work on a spring or summer bed too, I look forward to using it for several seasons.

Soft, elegant and beautiful.
I have purchased five of these quilts in three different colors-four for my own home and one for a son who fell in love with the one on his bed when he visited. They are incredibly soft, keep their shape after washing and drying, and are lightweight but warm. They also have a cozy vintage look and are beautifully made.

I bought the silk comforter because it was light and said it would be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We have had record cold spells and it is the perfect temperature and weight. No more kicking off the heavy one! Great product. Worth the price.
