Eileen Fisher Organic All Seasons Down Comforter is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I love the crispness of the material. So far so good. The corner detail is functional and keeps the comforter from bunching up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This comforter is the best! After looking at numerous comforters to replace an old one, I zeroed in on this one - not cheap but definitely worth the money. Very cozy and comfortable and due to the hour-glass stitching versus the square stitching of other brands I think the down will stay put so there won't be any thin spots, which was a problem with my older comforter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible comforter I had my eyes on the Eileen Fisher linen bedding for a long time. I shopped around for a new comforter as well. This comforter is warm, light, has ties, down that doesn't shift around, and a pleasing texture. The outside is soft and crisp. I hope to use this comforter for years and years. I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it I love this comforter because it feels incredible. It's the perfect weight and pliability. I have had cheaper comforters that don't begin to compare. And there was no smell that too frequently accompanies non organic textile products and pillows.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but makes a lot of noise It makes noises as if it’s made with paper. Other than that, pretty good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice weight, breathable, but king size is short Beautiful quality item as per usual with EF linens. My only issue is with sizing - the king size comforter is 104" long but only 86" wide - this ends up being a little shorter than I would have liked, whether I place it lengthwise or crosswise. Our bed is 79"W x 86"L - with the comforter placed lengthwise, that leaves us with 3.5" drape on either side; placed crosswise, we get 13.5" on either side, but the end of the bed gets no drape at all unless we pull it down. Wish this were a standard king size, then it would be 5 stars!

is the down considered cruelty-free?

Asked by: paulh
The down is not harvested using the “live Pluck” method, nor is it harvested from birds that were raised for the purpose of “Foie Gras”(goose liver pate). The down is harvested from birds that were intended for the meat industry, and plucked after they birds were killed. Inspections of these farms are performed to verify that the birds are treated humanely.
