EILEEN FISHER Farmhouse Bedskirt is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 38.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally - an adjustable bedskirt I have been looking for a few years for a bedskirt that is long enough and that I would put on a daybed (one long side and two short sides). I had decided I was going to have to have one made. Then I found this. It is simple and elegant. Perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful bed skirt! I’ve had this on my bed a month. Holds its shape and doesn’t look cheap or flimsy, as so many bed skirts do. I’m a single 63-year-old, so I appreciate how easy it is to put on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful bedskirt made of high quality fabric! The fabric has linen in it but is a thick weave so you don't see the bed frame behind it. Its a great bedskirt especially for the reasonable price. Lays perfectly and looks fantastic!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy!! I love that the length is adjustable so it is perfect every time. The fabric is such a nice quality. I loved it so much that I ordered one for my guest bed as well!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful bedskirt I have been wanting a new bedskirt for awhile and I loved the organic look of this one by Eileen Fisher. So glad that I read the reviews so I knew to expect three panels to pin to the box spring - very easy! The cream fabric is very nice and it will go with three comforter/duvets that I have. Currently, I have it paired with a plum colored spread. I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfection Yes it comes in three flat pieces. Yes you will need to use some safety pins and pin it directly to your boxspring (Much easier to get it perfect if you remove the mattress) Yes once you do this it will stay in place when you make your bed. Yes it is the nicest bedskirt I have ever owned in terms of quality and overall appearance. Yes you should get it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality! This linen bedskirt is the best! Easy to tuck under mattress. Pairs so well with EF bedding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very versatile bedskirt I have an adjustable bed with two long twin mattresses. In addition, the mattresses sit in a tall bed, making it very difficult to find a bedskirt that works. This one works better than any others I have bought because it consists of three separate pieces that can meet different needs. It has plenty of drop for tall beds like mine. I like the material too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Genius... Genius design! So easy to put on and it looks amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unique Design After reading previous reviews, I knew to expect three seaparate pieces that are arranged under your mattress, creating a custom fit. This system really does work, and I was able to adjust the fabric to just the right length. Due to the wonderful heavy linen it does stay in place when changing sheets. It is a beautiful bedskirt, and matches my washed silk EF toppers. The neutral color would go nicely with anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! The Eileen Fischer Farmhouse Bedskirt is beautiful. It's a beautiful soft gray and looks fabulous with EF Pebble Duvet cover. Very happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bedskirt Very stylish, and very easy to put on a bed without even lifting a mattress. I used safety pins on the corners to keep fabric together, it looks perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great bedskirt. Easy to use. And it stays in place. Much better than a bedskirt that has to go under the entire mattress. It looks beautiful. It gives the exact look I had in mind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the easiest bedskirt to 'install' ever! This bedskirt is so easy to put on the bed, without having to lift the heavy matress, and the fabric is a warm lovely neutral color and subtle texture...making it versatile with other linens. I bought the other items in the Caramel collection, and while this does not exactly match (a good thing!) it blends with the sheets and comforter very well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from what I was looking for Understated elegance that is beautiful all four seasons...perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very nice! This bedskirt is good quality and is a really nice neutral beige/tan color!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Idea This bedskirt looks really nice on my king size bed. I purchased it because my bed doesn't have a typical drop and I knew Eileen Fisher bedding is always very well done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase! I just received this bedskirt today and love it! It is actually a little lighter in color than shown-a very true linen. My bedskirt needed to be 21" and I was worried that it may not be long enough but there is plenty of fabric to tuck in between the mattress and box spring. And much easier to attach than a conventional bedskirt. Quality is great! It was exactly what I was hoping for!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from beautiful material i love this bedskirt as the material is beautiful and it lays nicely once on the bed. it does however come in 3 separate pieces that you just tuck under the mattress (so it is not like the more traditional bedskirts that are all one piece) i would recommend this product however, i do find that the price of it is a bit high considering how simplistic this item is.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Linen 3 piece bedskirt I bought this for our new split adjustable bed in order to hide the ugly legs it has. This came in 3 pieces, I cut the end piece in 1/2 so it would work with the adjustable mattresses which are independent. The drop says 14" but it is that and it can be more because I'm going to have to fold it nearly in 1/2 in order to get it to the 14 inch drop. No markings to depict the 14 inches. Lovely, sturdy fabric. The dropped stitch design at the bottom makes it nice. I think once i figure out how to make it work for our bed it will be lovely. And a good price for the quality and design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I got this bedskirt and used " T " pins to keep it in place. It works really well.. It looks really nice now.
Date published: 2013-06-03
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love the weight of this linen--not too heavy, not too lightweight, and the open stitiching adds just a bit of a visual accent. Really nice!
Date published: 2011-09-29
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Should come with instructions This bedskirt is basically three strips of fabric. Nothing connects them to each other or the box spring. You're just supposed to lay them out. Would have been helpful to at least get some tips on how to do that so the corners work. A bit of trial and error there. Looks reasonable but I am concerned about how those corners will function, and I am a bit disappointed. Rather surprised. Instead of bed skirt it should say something like bedskirt kit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So-so bedskirt Somewhat flimsy material, doesn't come together well at the edges. Don't recommend. I sent mine back.
Date published: 2013-02-06
Rated 3 out of 5 by from eileen fisher bedskirt surprise I did NOT read the reviews before purchasing and didn't realize that I would be getting 3 rectangular panels that I simply tucked under the mattress. Read all reviews before purchasing because this is not what you expect in a bedskirt. It might work....but time will tell. Beautiful fabric....I'm sure the quality is wonderful....just can't judge because it is not what you expect from Garnet Hill or a bedskirt. I will kindly change my rating if it works as I am a huge GH fan.
Date published: 2012-10-27
Rated 2 out of 5 by from impossible to keep from slipping. Fabric is lovely. Texture looks fabulous. But the panels slip every time you make the bed. There is so connection from the panels to the boxspring or fabric across the bed. So, every time we make the bed, we have to deal with readjusting the panels.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Read The Description I did not pay enough attention when I purchased this item. The bed skirt was made in 3 sections - no fitting, no margin for tucking, just 3 pannels of linen fabric. Linen was very nice, though I personally didn't care of the pulls in it that appeared occassionally (made it looked snagged).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from LikeABadBoyfriend I expected to love this bed skirt, in the same way I've loved every other Eileen Fisher item I've purchased from Garnet Hill. I've adored the linen duvet cover and shams, and the bed skirt seemed like the next logical step in my bed's relationship with EF. But I've been disappointed. When the description said, "adjustable," I expected some mechanism that would lengthen or shorten the bed skirt as needed. As other reviewers have mentioned, this bedskirt is actually just three panels of fabric. Very nice fabric, mind you, but nothing I couldn't have made myself in about two hours with my adequate sewing skills and some nice thick linen. There is nothing "adjustable" about this bed skirt, except for the fact that you can tug it out or tuck it in further to reach a desired length. However, if you are at all particular about having a uniform look to the length of your bedskirt--and if you're willing to spend this kind of money on a bedskirt, you probably are particular-- then you are likely to be disappointed with this product. I don't know if other reviewers didn't use it for awhile before writing glowing reviews, but I've used it for about 6 months now. And it literally makes me a little bit heartsick every time I have to change the sheets. Trying to get it even again is an exercise in frustration. Which brings me to the title of this review. It occurred to me this morning, as I was cursing under my breath while trying to get the bedskirt to hang nicely around the perimeter of the bed, that this is the bedskirt equivalent to a good-looking boyfriend who is a total jerk. You keep him around for awhile because he's handsome, comes from a good family, but in the end you ditch him because he's so mean to you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not form fitting I suppose I should have read the description more carefully but this is not a form fitting skirt. This is four separate sleeves that will make making the bed a challenge every time. Sent it back. Get one that’s form fitting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from looks are deceving. the cover is not solid on top. It dose not fit snug, and the dust ruffle is separate long pieces of fabric. They fall out every time you try and make the bed, no Velcro no way of attaching them. A huge ripoff.

I notice this requires dry cleaning and is not washable like some of the other linen skirts. Could you possible steam clean? I have a dog that likes to go under the bed to sleep so I like to be able to wash but my washer also has a steam cleaning cycle.

Asked by: Carol23
The care instructions state this item should be dry cleaned. We have not tested this item in a washing machine or with steam cleaning.

Will this bedskirt work with an adjustable frame bed? If not, do you have any other suggestions from Garnet Hill's selection? thanks so much,

Asked by: thetwograces
We don't think any of our bed-skirts will work with an adjustable bed frame because they are tucked or secured between the mattress and boxspring.

While not an exact color match, we think the dark pearl coverlet/shams will compliment the bed skirt.

This bed-skirt is ingeniously designed with three adjustable panels, it is easy to use — just tuck each panel beneath the mattress at the foot and sides of the bed. The panels adjust to the perfect length, from 14" to 21".
