I like that we can set the mood of the room , I set on high for reading, I lower the dimmer switch when I am readying myself for sleep .

The linen shade, however, is dark and very textured when lit - disappointing when the catalog picture is clearly white. I have tried to resolve this issue with customer service but they merely directed me to the manufacturer.
