Cashmere Wrap is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 405.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it! I had been eyeing this cashmere wrap for 2 years. I have other cashmere wraps and rarely use them. I finally broke down and purchased this awhile ago. I finally used this and WOW. Love it. So much nicer than the "tissue" cashmere wraps I have. This is luxurious, thick, wide & warm. I have only used it inside a movie theater (still in the 90's here in Oct.) and inside a restaurant where they keep the a/c so low you feel like you would need a parka, but I see this going with me on planes, f-ball games, etc. You could also position it over the back of a chair - looks great as a cashmere throw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must for anyone who travels I bring this wrap with me on every business trip. It is a perfect blanket on the plane, an elegant wrap over a dress. It's chic and so cozy. I'm constantly asked where I got it. Pretty sure Garnet Hill should be paying me a finder's fee. :) I'm ordering my second in gray. I have the oat color and it goes with everything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just right. Just used the wrap and it felt so luxurious. And its just the right weight since it is sorta long. Any heavier and you would be carrying a blanket around. A little unsure of the unfinished ends. But that will probably never be noticed again. I got the color block one and love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Wrap! I love this wrap. It is so soft! The Lagoon Heather is really pretty and it has a lovely drape.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Wrap EVER I have had this wrap for a year. I bought the all black one. Fall 2016 we took a 3 week trip to Europe with a river cruise. I wore this wrap as a shawl, scarf, blanket on the plane. Everywhere. Just returned from Safari and travel in South Africa - and again wore it always. I love this wrap, it washes up very well, no pilling. I'm 62 y/o. I also bought one for each of my daughter in laws to be for Christmas last year and they feel the same. A great find.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do it for YOU! I love this on a crisp morning with coffee on the porch. The fabric has substantial weight and the block colors match just about everything. It is a good size for an indoor restaurant wrap to avoid those chilly aircons.

The wrap I just bought, a solid color, feels very much heavier and not as soft as in past years. Is this because it’s 12 gg? It’s a gift and I’m concerned it will overwhelm a short, slight person. Thank you!

Asked by: Squall
We have not made any changes to this wrap. They are all 12gg.

Weight difference?

Is there any difference in weight/thickness between the solid colors and the chevron stitch colors? Are they equally thick or is the chevron stitch a thinner material?
Asked by: MominNY
The weight/thickness will be the same for all colors.

Does the silver chevron wrap have metallic threads? Thank you

The Silver Chevron Cashmere wrap does not have metallic threads in it, however the Gray Heather Fair Isle wrap does.

It sounds like the weight/gage of this wrap changes from season to season. What is the weight of the current wrap fall 2017?

How does it compare to other seasons?
Asked by: Alexia3
The weight (on all colors currently being offered) is .75

Do short ends of wrap curl as stockinette stitch does when it doesn't have a finished edge?

I purchased the eco sand wrap--which I love--but it needs some ironing. I notice that the long sides have a nice finished edge to keep them from curling, but the short ends are unfinished and curl a bit. Can someone with a similar wrap tell me if what I got is the norm? Does it stop curling after you iron it?
Asked by: CJM1
Going to answer this myself: I have been told by customer service that it SHOULD NOT curl at the ends and they are sending me a new one that is finished on all four sides. Can't wait to get it and wear it!

Can you describe the color loden heather in the wrap. I think of loden as a green color but appears gray in the pictures

Asked by: PMOP
Loden would best be described as mushroom/gray with a slight green hue.

How bright is the Malbec color? Can it pose as a neutral if needed?

Or is it so bright that it is really not that versatile in terms of what you can wear it with?
Asked by: Wilde
I saw the malbec wrap and it’s a beautiful wine color with depth. It’s not bright or jarring. I intended to buy the malbec wrap but opted for gray because it’s a versatile neutral. And I’m boring — I wear a ton of black, gray, charcoal, navy & white. The malbec would elevate me and others trapped in the dull zone! (I may buy it yet.) You don’t really need a traditional neutral; you want a color you love that flatters. Think of what you’ll wear the wrap with and go from there. Good luck!
