Cashmere Mesh Rib-Knit Sweater is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 46.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful sweater if you have the right fit This is a beautiful heavy cashmere sweater of good quality with an interesting open waffle stitch openings along the side and underside of arms. I just didn't like the way it fit me. I love the slouchy style and the top and mid section fit well until you get to the bottom of the sweater where it was way big and just kind of hung with no form-almost as though it had been stretched out at the bottom. The end result on me was that it made my hips look even larger then they are-really unflattering. For reference, I normally take a Large size but purchased this in a Medium . My measurement around the top of thighs where the sweater hits me is 39 inches. Hips are 43, Bust 40, All except the bottom of the sweater, it was a good fit. If you decide to go for this sweater, consider sizing down at least one size. I'd return it and try a size small but I don't want to pay the

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too big! I wish I could love this sweater but it just feels too big and almost like its going to fall off. I usually wear a S or M in almost all products and I think I would wear an XS in this sweater but it is going back. The color is pretty but more peach than a petal pink which I would prefer with my skin tone. I think I would try to make it work if I were in a store and could try it on and try the other color on because the look of the sweater is great and original but it's just not worth sending more than one sweater back. Bummer...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Awkward fit The color is nice, the length was good for me, and the open stitching on the sides didn't bother me, though other reviewers had noted that they had to wear a camisole or other covering underneath it. It was loose enough that my skin didn't show. I felt that the texture was a bit coarse, but that could be because I've been spoiled by Garnet Hill's beautiful cashmere sweaters. The deal-breaker for me was that the fit was uncomfortable in the upper chest. I felt that something was pulling against me when I swung my arms backwards, even though I am nearly flat-chested. I ended up returning it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just now for me I purchased the light pink color in a small. I loved the color and the fabric was very soft and well made. The problem was with the overall design of the sweater which was very large with with shoulders sloping down, creating too much material under the arms. I don’t think it would have made a difference to order the extra small, so back it went.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great quality but not for everyone I loved the way this sweater looked on the model. However, the color and style did not work for me. I am fair skinned but not pale and the sweater just looked blah on me. It was very roomy as well and just not flattering for my body type - 5'3" , 135 lbs., slender, fit, but not skinny. The quality was good and I wanted it to work, but for the price I couldn't just "make do. "

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty sweater This sweater had a good weight and grey coloring, however XS was a bit too short in the sleeve for me. An exchange in a larger size wasn't available for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excessively roomy, not flattering The cashmere is top quality and very thick while the cut is roomy and boxy. Though the sweater is comfortable and very warm the oversized fit makes it looks frumpy - not the elegant look I’d envisioned and therefore not worth the price. I felt it was a waste of the luxurious fabric. I like to wear my sweaters loose - but this one was just excessive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wanted to love it.... I looked at this sweater so many times, finally it on sale. I love Garnet Hill cashmere, this sweater looked so stylish! Alas, though the quality & feel are great, the fit is very odd. Unlike on the model, it really has no shoulders, just drapes very weirdly. I tried and tried to love it, but realistically, even on sale, not worth it. I'd never wear it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great potential but . . . . I loved the quality of this sweater and the pink/peach color was perfect but the design was unworkable. It simply was way too wide across the body and the dolman type sleeves weren't right for the material. so disappointed--

How long is this sweater (front and back) in a size large?  What is the sleeve measurement? Also, it looks a little over-sized/loose - should I consider going down a size.  Thanks.

Asked by: Marnie1
Measured down the center back of the sweater, the size large is 26.5 inches long. The sleeves are 30.25 inches. To choose the best fit for you, see all available sizing by clicking the "Fit & Measurements" tab for this item on our web site.

I saw measurements on the chart. Where do I start at the top of the sleeve? One review said dolman sleeve. The description says raglan. Which is correct? I love raglan. Thanks
