Azores Ceramic Dinner Plates is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even better in person! We had been looking for months for hand crafted plates, but many of them were out of our price range. We ended up getting these and were absolutely thrilled! The plates and bowls are very high quality, unique, and we love that you can mix and match the two colors. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these dishes! Aside from the fact that the dinner plates are a bit too large, they are fantastic! I purchased sets in both colors and am so happy with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! Love these dishes: quality, weight, size, shape, colors, hand-crafted organic look and feel...and wonderful value. We're mixing and matching as photographed and could not be happier. Only issues are that GH sold more than they had in stock and had a warehouse error, so had to wait for a few sets on back order leading to shipping confusion and multiple calls and panic just before Thanksgiving -- that's just not necessary this day and age. Also hate the very huge, black "Garnet Hill" stamp on the bottom of every piece--it's embarrassing, needs to be way more subtle and elegant. Despite these two issue, absolutely highly recommend, so please come out with the Azores again next year adding: serving bowls and appetizer plates/dip bowls!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't wait to show them off! After twenty years, we decided that we needed new everyday dishes. We looked everywhere---nothing grabbed us. I had left the Garnet Hill catalog out because I was interested in a tablecloth, and my husband picked it up and said, "Oooh, are we getting these dishes?" He just loves them. We got both the almond and the soapstone, for variety and because they complement each other. The plates are nice and large, the bowls are very capacious and versatile, and the mugs are a charming and almost whimsically homey shape---and a generous 16-oz capacity, very important to me! Each dish is slightly irregular in shape and color, i.e., handmade. Each piece is an individual. We are thrilled. I was a bit worried that because they are stoneware they would get very hot in the microwave, but that has not happened. As a final note, the shipping material was the BEST I have ever seen for dishes. Truly impressive---and they arrived quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these dishes I have been looking patiently for 4 years for the "right: dishes to replace my worn out ones that were never my choice to begin with. These are perfect. the right balance of a handcrafted look, reasonable price and great looking. I bought the soap stone which is a nice neutral gray.
