Very pretty coat
Love this coat! Not exceptionally warm but fits well and is very flattering. I like it because it is so different from other coats. I bought the navy.

Beautiful and Useful!
I have purchased two; blue and pumpkin/rust colored coat. The fact that the sizes include Petite was a bonus. Not only are they lightweight, but keep you warm. The sleeves are lined so it doesn't feel itchy. At first the asymmetrical seems awkward; however, you become accustomed to it. The sale allowed me to purchase two colors; if I could afford it, I would purchase it in all colors.

So Comfortable
I got this a couple of months ago in gray and I will definitely get another color if offered again in the future. I'm hoping this will be made in red and at least another jewel tone. I much prefer the brighter colors than the muted ones. The coat itself is a fantastic weight for keeping the chill out and perfect when a bulky, warmer coat is not needed. I've been wearing this over sweaters this winter in the NE and I really love it.

Such a cute coat!
I bought this on sale before Thanksgiving and have had many compliments. The fabric drapes well and is a perfect weight for a Texas winter. Fun purchase!

Question from Minnesota: how much lining is "lined?" Is this a "fall jacket" or a "winter coat?" Thanks!
I live in Minnesota and have this coat. It is a fall jacket, NOTa Minnesota winter coat. The only lining is in the sleeves.

Bought this in red, years ago. Size 12 based on your charts, and "True Fit". Coat sleeves 2-3 inches too long, coat was HUGE. I've lost 20 pounds. Your size chart and "TRUE FIT" say size 10, but my experience says size 8. Coat size still running huge?
Please click the "Fit & Garment Measurements" tab for this item on our website. This has the actual measurements for the coat and can assist you in choosing the right size.

Is this coat 100% wool? Or a combo of alpaca, acrylic and wool?
The shell of the coat is 100% boiled wool.

What is the diameter of the size 6 coat sleeves compared to those of the size 8? I think the 6 would fit me better but I worried the sleeves might be too tight.
There is approximately a one inch difference in the size 6 and 8.

The photos all show women with shirts that cover their necks (i.e., turtle and mock necks, and collared). Does anyone have any feelings on how this looks with a crew neck or similar? I'm not worried about itch, just interpretation on neatness / looks.
This coat looks classy and neat with any type of top (crew neck, ballet neck etc.). For chillier temps, we like a scarf added to this coat to complete the look.

Is the boiled wool itchy?
The boiled wool is very soft. It does not have that itchy feel one experiences with wool.
