Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must for Fall! I LOVE this coat! Great style, goes with everything and easy to get on and off because of the lined sleeves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect coat! I love, love, love this coat! It is absolutely perfect for the Fall days in St. Louis!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fashionable Wool Coat The reviews were right, buy up one size to be able to fit a sweater under it. Just a little roomier in the sleeves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely gorgeous! I wanted this coat last year, and finally, this year, even though it's pricey, I couldn't resist any longer. So glad I have it. It's still 90 degrees here, and it will be a while (especially now with COVID) until I get to wear it, so I can't comment on how it will hold up, but it's beautifully made, so I'm optimistic. I ordered in 4P; I'm 5'0", 105lbs. Fits perfectly. The blue spruce is lovely!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great looking cosy sweater jacket I've been looking for something like this for years. I bought in petite size as I'm 5'3" and it fit just right. Beautiful color and look. Bought for those in between days as alternative and warmer than jean jacket. Got it when 25 percent off so better value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I got this to wear both outside and around the house. I figured I could put it over whatever I'm wearing. I love it! It seems well made, and I love the stitching - I got the portabello whipstitch. The clasp is heavy duty and makes it feel like quality. I am debating purchasing a second in another color and larger size. I got the extra small, and it's a little tight around the armpits if I have a sweater on underneath. The sleeves are the perfect length for me (I'm 5'2"). Though I would like it even better if it cost just a bit less!

Question from Minnesota: how much lining is "lined?" Is this a "fall jacket" or a "winter coat?" Thanks!

Asked by: Tootee
I live in Minnesota and have this coat. It is a fall jacket, NOTa Minnesota winter coat. The only lining is in the sleeves.

Bought this in red, years ago. Size 12 based on your charts, and "True Fit".  Coat sleeves 2-3 inches too long, coat was HUGE.  I've lost 20 pounds. Your size chart and "TRUE FIT" say size 10, but my experience says size 8. Coat size still running huge?

Asked by: S Conrad
Please click the "Fit & Garment Measurements" tab for this item on our website. This has the actual measurements for the coat and can assist you in choosing the right size.

What is the diameter of the size 6 coat sleeves compared to those of the size 8? I think the 6 would fit me better but I worried the sleeves might be too tight.

Asked by: Cbradley
There is approximately a one inch difference in the size 6 and 8.

The photos all show women with shirts that cover their necks (i.e., turtle and mock necks, and collared). Does anyone have any feelings on how this looks with a crew neck or similar? I'm not worried about itch, just interpretation on neatness / looks.

Asked by: greenlegsandsam
This coat looks classy and neat with any type of top (crew neck, ballet neck etc.). For chillier temps, we like a scarf added to this coat to complete the look.

Is the boiled wool itchy?

Asked by: ccav
The boiled wool is very soft. It does not have that itchy feel one experiences with wool.
