I usually wear a size medium, but always order a size large in these night gowns, as I like a more roomy feel. This large gown is SO much smaller. The arm hole is 1 inch smaller and the width of the gown is 3 inches less than my previous purchase. I have been ordering these night gowns for years. I can’t return it as it has been washed. I did not think I had to try it on first. You have lost a customer.
