Alpaca & Silk Wrap is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from finally! I lusted after this shawl last year but it was sold out. Had to jump on it this year--didn't even wait for a sale. I am kind of addicted to shawls though. Got it in the grey, which is a nice variegated weave. Super soft and silky. Thin enough to wear as a bundled up neck scarf in the winter and wide/long enough to drape over exposed shoulders in the summer when there's a breeze or the AC is just a bit too cold.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard to tell true color I liked the feel of this wrap and really tried to embrace the color, but it was too circusy for me. The unfinished long edge is orange, and the short edge fringe is fuchsia. There is a hint of orange combined with the red to make the coral color in the body. Those contrasting colors weren't apparent in the catalog.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Alpaca silk wrap Color is lovely, but I had expected a softer fabric and a nicer drape. I will keep it and use it as more of a scarf..

Does the Coral wrap have more orange or have more red in it. It appears to be more of a red color

Asked by: vicmar
The overall effect is a reddish coral. The threads that go across the scarf are orange and the threads that run lengthwise are fuchsia, ending in lovely tassels about 2" long. The resulting color has a lot of depth to it -- really elegant.
