It has an outside pocket for easy access to my phone and other things. Although the inside pocket is smaller than I'd like, it works. Heavy duty and wearing well. I got the cognac color and I love it.

I purchased it in the subtle metallic and am using it on the daily with various colors. The bag is well-made, roomy, great length for the straps; the metallic finish gives it that little bit of extra!
