Whimsical Cardigan

The bird cage cardigan caught my eye, and now that it's on sale I thought it was worth trying. The fabric is a bit thin, but the blue color is very pretty - like a robin egg blue. I have a hard time with things at Garnet Hill fitting big - I ordered the XS in this and I still have quite a bit of room. (I'm 5'5", 125 lbs, 32C)
Overall, I can make it work. It's a great deal and definitely worth the sale price!

Good quality merino wool cardigan, though does feel a little bit on thinner side. Overall fit was a little more loose for me for a small, I'm 5'2" and 120lbs, 34D.

Lovely and Sweet, but too big :(

For some reason I ordered this in a small and I know that I need a x-small at Garnet Hill. I'm hoping someone returns an x-small (hint, hint) before I wear it :)
I ordered the Dahlia. I'm 5'9", about 130 lbs, small chested, and pretty straight up and down. The small is a little loose on my arms and just roomy enough at the waist that it looks almost, I hate to say because it's not exactly, matronly on me. I like tighter clothing so I know the x-small would be perfect. Too bad there is not a way to exchange with another costumer!
This sweater is like all of the other cardigans from Garnet Hill. It is lightweight and, therefore, easy to wear. The pink is very pretty, not too bright and not too washed-out as some pinks can be. The graphic is what I expected and adds a bold femininity to it...not too flowery, but has flowers, if you know what I mean.
If I can't get my hands on the x-small and decide to keep this I will be very happy with it.

I really like this lightweight cardigan. So much so that I've worn it about 10 times, and I've ordered another one because it's starting to pill. It doesn't have the durability I've come to expect of GH clothes, but it's pretty enough that I've decided to just get a new one.

This sweater is soft, beautiful and fun. Other reviewers have said that the applique looks cheap, but don't think so. I wore this with a white lace cami and blue jeans to work on a Friday and was told that I looked like I've lost weight. And did I say that the sweater was soft?
As for fit, I'm usually a size 6 and I ordered a small. I was a little worried that it would be too small in the shoulders, but it stretched some as I wore it.

Soft fabric, soft pink color

The cardigan fit loose and was great to layer over a t-shirt. The design gave it a unique touch from the plain cardigans I already own. It says 'dry clean only' but I did wash on 'hand-wash' cycle on my washer and dried flat, which I do with most dry clean items. Be careful because it does snag easily. I was wearing a dangling bracelet that unfortunately did snag it in a few places.
