Super soft and comfortable. I will buy another color for during laundry changes. it is extremely soft, even for flannel.

Adequate flannel
Since the item is made in Germany, I assumed it was made by Dormisette. It may be, but the pile is very thin. I was expecting a much thicker product.
Also, while the item was surprisingly undamaged, the shipping box was nearly destroyed. Packing tape was all but hanging off the crushed box.

super flannel sheets.
These sheets are wonderful. They are soft and thick and they fit deep mattresses perfectly. No tugging! They appear to be of excellent quality and I expect to be using them for a long time.

Warm, but pilled a lot
Unfortunately, after one winter and a few washes, I have found these sheets to be very pill-y, especially the bottom sheet. I bought the oatmeal shade. They don't have that smooth softness that my other flannel linens (from other purveyors) have, and never really did. They're usable, but not as smooth as I had hoped from the Garnet Hill brand. They have not been mistreated -- indeed, they've been treated the same way my other linens -- but have not stood up to use. Too bad. I had high hopes.

Pilled after one wash
I read all the positive reviews and was excited to replace my current flannel duvet and sheets with these from Garnet Hill. The GH set was slightly less expensive but pilled after the first wash. I've now washed them a second time and the bottom sheet is unusable and I don't see the duvet lasting through another wash.
Only a few reviewers mentioned the pilling issue so I assume we must have received a defective product. Needless to say, I'm going back to my old brand!

Happy but Returned
I was very pleased with the quality and the value of these sheets. However, returned them as soon as they arrived because the shade of lilac/lavendar was quite a bit lighter than they appeared on my monitor.
