Rated 5 out of 5 by from cardigan with lovely print This cardigan has a wonderful, colorful print. I usually wear a size 6 but ordered the medium (8-10) and it is a good fit--fitted but none too roomy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Go-To Cardigan A wonderful lightweight, 3/4 sleeve high quality merino. Runs small so order at least one size up....if you are short like me (5'2", 125#, this is the perfect sweater since it is not long. I just wish they came in ALL colors. Like solids too....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a very soft, comfortable, flattering sweater. It can be dressed up or down. Although it is 100% merino wool, it is not at all itchy to wear against my sensitive skin. I'm 5'3.5", 115 lb and the XS fit perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always beautiful These cardigans never disappoint. I have 5, they fit as expected. I wash them in cold water, handwash cycle and lay them flat to dry. They dry quickly and I hang them on hangers for complete drying. Colors are still great after 4 years. They are lightweight and don't wrinkle. I bought 3 for my mother who loves them. Buy the color you want when they come out. If you wait for the sales, there is very little to choose from, because they sell quickly. I waited a year for the new cardigans to come out, and the style I wanted had been discontinued. I still bought one, and it's beautiful.

What is the length of the Signature Merino Cardigan (10330)?

Asked by: Jayna
I don't have the exact measurement, but the sweater is very short and rides up on me.

I know it says dry clean only, but have any of the rave reviewers actually tried hand washing it??

It seems like a fabric that could handle a cold water wash with Woolite.
Asked by: blurooferika
I have owned two of these sweaters. I wash them on the hand-wash cycle in my washing machine, and then give them an extra spin cycle. Then I lay them flat on a towel. I use have used regular detergent and Woolite with equally good results. Another reviewer said Woolite has bleach -- that's an urban myth. Original Fabric Wash does not contain bleach, oils, phosphates, or enzymes. If you're afraid of the color bleeding or becoming dull, dry-cleaning will help protect the color. But I use the delicate cycle or the hand-wash cycle all of my wool and cashmere sweaters with perfect results every time.

Wool tends to be too scratchy for me, but can work; is this merino wool scratchy?

Asked by: WorkingOR
Not at all! I have probably 20 of these sweaters and love them all!

Can this cardigan be washed by hand or machine washed?

Asked by: Antonia
I own 4 of these Merino wool sweaters. I wash them on a delicate cycle, put them in a dryer for about 10 minutes then iron with a steam iron (on the wrong side). They come out perfectly.

What is the background color of the Violet Paisley merino cardigan?

Asked by: SayV
I'd say it's a very dark navy, not quite black although I think it would work fine with black clothing. The (hidden) grosgrain ribbon on the button placket is a dark navy blue and I don't think the designer would have done that unless the background were blue, not black.
