Scoop-Neck Knit Tunic 4.4 5 411 411
Fun top--Just not for me This is a comfy, fun top in a fabric weight that will easily transition nicely from season to season. Seems to fit true to size. For those of us who have short arms, the elbow length sleeves are really a plus! The blue color is so bright and cheery. Unfortunately, for me, the elastic waist bunches in a peculiar fashion under the bust creating a very unattractive bell shape. I am debating whether to try it in a smaller size, as I think that the bunching may not occur if the elastic is further up under the bust. At 5'1" it was also long on me. I could wear as a minidress. On the right person, however, I am certain that this looks amazing with skinny jeans or leggings. March 12, 2015
huge disappointment not st all the quality I have come to expect from Garnet Hill. The fabric was "cheesey" . Sent it back. March 11, 2015
Adedquate tunic I expected a higher quality piece than this from Garnet Hill and for the price. Although the style is adorable, the material is so thin it simply just sticks to you as opposed to flowing Average workmanship, but definitely way over priced. The style was not so unique as to warrant the cost. Rather disappointed. March 8, 2015
Love the style I love the style, the coral color, and the 3/4 sleeves and thought this would be perfect for the weather here in Low Country SC. After reading the reviews I ordered an XS. I am 5'1 and 98 lbs and it is really too big. I love it and since I got it on sale I may have it altered. Would order one in every color if it came in petite. February 23, 2015
Nice tunic Great color and very comfortable. I am wearing it today with a pair of skinny black pants. Good quality and value. July 10, 2014
Second one I got this tunic last year in aqua and loved it so I ordered the royal blue this year. Another home run! I have short legs and am short waisted so I wear the tunic as a dress. It hides a multitudes of lumps and bumps. Wrinkles fall out. Love smock style and fabric! July 3, 2014

Answer:
I would definitely size up. I have a very small bust and and this tunic just fit. If I had ordered a size up it would have been too big so sizing up for you will probably give you just the right fit.

Answer:
According to the fit of similar products purchased at GH I would get the small. GH is very easy to return and get the medium if it doesn't work.

Go for the medium, you don't want it to be too tight.

Answer:
I have it in black and love it! I have not noticed any fading and I wash with my regular dark load in cold water. I've had it and worn it all winter.

Answer:
Our wash test showed no fading if washed according to the garment care instructions with a mild detergent containing no bleach alternatives. However, over an extended period of time, color may not appear as vibrant as when brand new.

Answer:
If you always HANG dry the black tunic after washing inside out, the color should stay nice and deep for a really long time. The dryer can fade a black from day one (generally, black, navy, and red can look faded after the first trip in the dryer ;). Since the tunic has mostly natural fibers (yay!), I don't chance fading and hang dry always.

Answer:
I own this in black and it washes up great. Just a few simple tricks. 1)wash it inside out in a garment bag. 2)use cold water. 3) put it on a delicate cycle with very little detergent. This works fine every time

Answer:
The styling of this top is very figure flattering, which was quite a nice surprise. The bottom part of the tunic falls below the empire seam (no confusion with maternity wear). I am a 36DD and even though there is a scoop neckline, coverage seems sufficient.

Answer:
I would get a medium. You are almost my size (I'm the same height and weigh about 10 lbs less) and I always wear either a small or a medium.
