A return label with simple instructions is included with your purchase to make the process quick and easy. If you are making an exchange, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you for no additional shipping charge. If you are returning merchandise for a refund, there is a charge of $6.95 per package when using the label service. If a return label is not included with your order, please contact Customer Service (800.870.3513).If you prefer, you may use the standard return label on the packing slip and pay for your own return shipping (and insurance) via the carrier of your choice.
