Printed Wrap Dress 4.1 5 58 58
Very pretty I do not usually like wrap dresses but this seems like it will stay closed. Very pretty fabric runs true to size. Will be very nice into fall August 3, 2014
Too long Great pattern and fabric, but way too long for me (5'). February 18, 2014
Just not for me This is a pretty dress with soft comfortable fabric. I liked the floral print but the colors just did not look good on me. It has good front coverage for a wrap dress. As suggested, I ordered up a size, but the sleeves were way too long and the dress came almost to mid-calf on my 5'1" frame. Also was not attractive on my pear-shaped body. Size small would have definitely been too tight across the hips. Think it would look really good on someone slender and tall. February 12, 2014
Gorgeous dress, nice fit, thin fabric The dress is a beautiful fit, slim as advertised, clingy, but quite flattering. The print helps disguise anything you'd rather not have advertised by a slim clingy fit. Because it it is a true wrap (rather than a faux wrap), you do have to be careful--it could come untied! My only complaint is the fabric is quite thin, and actually shows white when it stretches, such as when I lift my arms. I'm a little concerned about its durability, but I'm willing to wait and see. Caramel Lushness This dress is beautiful for the sale price. What a steal. February 4, 2014
Big Sexy Love this dress. I agree that unless you are in great shape you will need shapeware. February 4, 2014

Garment chart says medium is 35" bust measurement, but fits 8/10. Measurement chart says 35" would fall in a size 6 range. I don't know whether to order small or medium. thanks.

I'm not sure whether you opted to purchase or not yet (your quesitons is almost 2 months old), but I went through the same analysis and, because it was on sale, I decided it was worth it to buy in both small and medium and return one of them. I'm 5' 7-1/2" (that half is important to me - ha ha) and roughly 130 - 132 lbs and generally wear a size 6 or small in most things. Both dresses fit, but I opted to keep the medium because it flows nicer and has more play to it. There is plenty of material and the ties are long enough that you can adjust to have it looser or tighter in the chest (I'm about a 34b/c - I'm in reconstruction, so it's hard to know exactly right now). You could always get topstick (double-sided tape for garments) if you wanted to make sure it stays closed in the chest. But I honestly don't believe it is necessary. Hope this helps.

Answer:
As this has some elastane for stretch, we feel the small would work for you if you are between sizes.
